This company is not professional. I wanted to do a very simple delivery in London, they assigned someone to collect the parcel and they did not come. After complaint, they rescheduled the collection and again no one came to collect the parcel. It was a return of a product and I lost the return window and can not return it anymore. 2 weeks later, they said they cant do it and they will reimburse me. Why on hell are you in the delivery business if you can not take a small parcel from point A to point B? Of course they will not reimburse the item I lost because of their incompetency...

Awful service. Zero information on tracking page. When parcel arrived in Austria the recipient had to go pick it up. This is not the service I was promised. Despicable.

Had no problems sending a few packages this time but its still not made up for the time they held a return parcel up in a hub as it contained batteries. I could understand but it was the same carrier who delivered the parcel to me, clearly showing the parcel contained lithium batteries. Lost my refund on that as they wanted a huge premium to send it back to me with no offer to forward it.

Can only recommend this company. Was let down by a competitor and ParcelMonkey UK took on the job and dealt with it in the most professional manner. No fuss, no arguments, just brilliant service. I will most certainly use this company again.

A bit hit and miss. The site gave me a price for an international delivery by Parcelforce that I couldnt find on the companys own website. So thats good. It sent me the address labels and customs declaration to fill in but the supporting information to help with that process was poor to non existent.

Grand price and easy to use however an express 48 hours delivery (Parcel force) was dropped off at Post Office on 19/1/22 and not delivered until 24/1/22 granted it ran into the weekend!

The website interface was easy to use and the collection went smoothly, but then it all went a bit off. The service I was offered was through Royal Mail next day delivery which I paid a considerable amount for. But it sat in a warehouse on sorted for days and didn’t get to the destination until the Monday instead of Friday. I don’t think Parcel Monkey should sell a service that isn’t going to happen.

The service was great... the problem was I only used parcel monkey as you said I wouldnt need to print a label... but after Id put in all the delivery details manually.. and PAID... only then I was informed id have to print a label...I dont have a printer.. ordered from home at 5 oclock..and parcel collection was the next morning... caused me real problems to go out and get a label printed that evening... so please dont trust parcel monkey when they say no label needed... just use a courier thats cheaper if youve got to print a label anyway.

Very clear instructions were given as to where the package should be delivered. (Loading bay, NOT Customer Service Desk) This was totally ignored, and although the package was at the right destination, the recipient did not get the parcel in time.

REALLY UPSET. I have used parcel monkey for years but this most recent time I paid £11 each for 5 small packages to be OVERNIGHTED and even ticked the box that was for £1 extra to guarantee the overnight delivery. It took 4 DAYS for the packages to be picked up and I spent an hour on horrible “chat mode” with a joke of customer service and had to rebook the packages to be collected. Don’t even say that I missed collection because there was NO record of attempted collection or anything and I never left the house in that 4 days. It was the most horrible experience ever. Do not use parcel monkey. They are worthless. Oh and I never got the “guaranteed refund” that I PAID FOR because there is no customer service in existence to even complain to to get the refund. It is a SCAM.

No refunds for late shipment. Our parcel was dispatched on 25th Nov and is collected after 9 days from shop. Complained to Parcel Monkey Customer services and their response is it was delivered after 15 days where it should be delivered in 3-5 working days. Not happy

Item was damaged in transit by Parcel Force Express 48 and Parcel Monkey have confirmed that due to insufficient packaging, the claim cannot be supported. I am struggling to understand how an item returned with the same packaging and box as it was received cannot be transported successfully. I appreciate that Parcel Force are directly responsible as courier, but I dont feel supported by Parcel Monkey who charged me £25 for for this delivery.

We accepted a quote of £70 to deliver an antique tapestry chair to a customer in Scotland. This price included an excess insurance premium to cover the value of £200 compensation in case of loss or damage. The carrier, DX freight, delivered the chair badly damaged with two broken legs. The chair was securely packaged in thick polythene and bubble wrap and painstakingly BOXED in heavy duty cardboard & marked FRAGILE. We have supplied photos of the damaged item and box to Parcel Monkey and they refuse to pay compensation. This is what they have said “the chair is not flat packed, it is freestanding. Based on this we cannot compensate you for this item. Freestanding furniture is prohibited as per our terms and conditions“. eBay sellers beware!! I have told parcel monkey over and over again that the chair was NOT FREESTANDING but heavily packaged and BOXED and thereby Not Restricted. Judging by what they have said it looks like they will only transport flat packed furniture which obviously counts out any antique furniture. Will certainly not be using parcel monkey again and wish there was an option to leave no stars at all!

Both Pickups were not collected paid for a next day delivery Never got it!!. Parcels eventually had to be taken to a collection point. As a business we were embarressed as these parcel contained very important documents and we had to ask the contact who is not one of our employees to help us out. When I rung the help line I was just told to be patient and wait until 6.00 very unhelpful. Ordered next day on 19th Jan eventually delivered 24th Jan You need to do better

Offered me a price they then withdrew. Said they could not take a wheel (why on earth not?). Didnt collect day promised. Two days later collected and then didnt deliver when promised. Hopeless. Probably fault of sub-contractor DPD, but thats your problem, shouldnt be mine.
