The driver collecting my parcel was friendly and helpful. I was able to track my parcels progress right through to Sweden. Unfortunately the recipients telephone no and email address werent made available to the Swedish office of UPS and so they were unable to contact my son to advise him there was a parcel to collect. Fortunately I rang my son with the tracking no. He was then able to ring them, pay the duty, and arrange delivery. They wont receive their gifts till after Christmas but this is due to the problem in Sweden and I feel UPS did a quick delivery service. Fingers crossed the items are undamaged when they do receive them.

First time I had ever heard of Parcel Monkey, searching for a way to send something from UK to Canada, during the Canadian postal strike. All went perfectly. Easy to track the parcel. And the parcel arrived very quickly, sooner than I hope. Photo of it sitting on the doorstep very comforting.

I paid for 24h service with Parcelforce to take a parcel from NI to England. I left it at the Post Office on Thursday but didn’t get there til the Tuesday. That meant our Christmas secret Santa plans were ruined because my sister was not at home at Christmas and left before the parcel arrived. Unacceptable service!

The actual pick up and delivery was excellent. As a first time user the completing out of the delivery form was a nightmare to get my head round it. I had never come across the 3 words before, getting the Amazon email address and Amazon address in was difficult infact it was a total pain, if I was to send another parcel back and I will use Parcel monkey again, I will have a much better understanding of it and I wont get frustrated and angry at it. The delivery was quick and much cheaper then going direct to the companies.

My parcel was picked up on the day they said. Tracking was going well until it got yo the international hub on 19/12/24, tracking has failed to update since then. Im then asked to a review but I cannot give an honest review as I have no clue where in the world my parcel is as it definitely has not been delivered....yet ????

I would definitely use again. I managed to get a parcel to the Netherlands, through Customs and to its destination quicker than another parcel using the Post office that went to Northern Ireland which will not now arrive until 28th December

Best choice of shipping rates from the UK to the US & UK to Australia. As a small wallpaper business I have struggled to find a well priced freight company. I wouldnt be able to ship from the UK to the US without Parcel Monkey. The selection of carriers & rates allows me to choose the most appropriate service at the best real time price allowing me to offer my clients a competitive price.

No parcel b No parcel has arrived at the destination. Tracking.shows that the parcel has been received when it arrived at the drop off point, and by all accounts it sounds as though it hasnt even been collected from there. very disappointed as this is Christmas day and the parcel was left in last week. I will be following this up very soon. You gave no indication that it would not arrive in time for Christmas. H.M Webb

Terrible... I booked a service with them and paid. They cancelled without any reason. When I asked for a reason, they ignored me. I was then given a time limit to accept the refund that they shouldve sent automatically. I was not informed of the need to accept the refund and only discovered it as I was following up. Their offer of a discount on future bookings comes across as sneaky as the subscription part is in small print. In general I dont like the way they operate and wont be coming back.

Better prices than any other website! However the website said with UPS id have my parcel within 3-5 days (20th December), it also did say they would collect the parcel at 2pm (international collection) on the day of drop off (17th) and instead collected it 2 days later. Obviously being pre Xmas, my parcel was on a tight schedule. Luckily it said it would be delivered early afternoon today (24th) and instead, although shown as out for delivery, at 4pm the delivery was cancelled to tbc. Not the news i wanted. Also i would appreciate a reason for it.

We sent 6 parcels and all arrived safely so thanks. We used Evri last year and 2 parcels were opened with items missing. Got absolutely no help from them at all.

The Isle of Man Post Office and Parcel force will not accept your parcels, as we have paid you and not them. I had to post the large parcel via the Post Office here with the help of the manager of the mail depot who would not let me pay as you had already taken my money.
