It got to France in time for Xmas last year it arrived too late

I booked a supposed 3-5 day courier through your service and 11 days later I am still waiting. I know it’s a third party delivering and not yourself but I will be in touch for a refund on this when I am not travelling.

Found this company from ChatGPT! & amazed to find they get you the best price. Our parcel to the USA was picked up by UPS the following day & arrived in 3 days! All at 2/3 price of the UK post office for a better service. Very impressive.

Matthew at another courier refuses to respond to my emails despite Multiple emails from me. Poor service...another example of a bloated organization that seems to feel they do not have to respond to their clientele. Would have rated this service with a negative rating if allowed for their sorry (no) response, F- is my most generous rating.
