Easy to use the link supplied by Amazon Customer Service. The person I spoke to sent me a link to carriers then another so I could print off return labels. They checked with me afterwards that everything was ok. Very pleased with the service provided.

This is the very last time I will ever use Parcel Monkey Services. Anybody intending to use Parcel Monkey Services for parcel delivery should be aware that they charge you more after parcel has been delivered! My opinion is that this practice is almost like a scam! I intentionally overestimated the dimensions and weight of my package for the purposes ensuring that its never lower than the declared dimensions and weight indicated when booking a delivery. Yet I have been charged an extra £60.00, long after the parcel has been delivered. The excuse is that I indicated lower dimensions and/or weight when purchasing my parcel delivery. All because they could charge my card. If my packages dimensions and/or weight were misrepresented during my order, why wasnt it returned to me before it left the country? I have sent many packages over the last couple of years. This is the first time I have been mugged for extra money without being given the opportunity to make a choice( if their claim is true). Be warned about this practice!!!! For me, never again!!!

First time Ive ever used a courier service, the instructions were easy to follow, the parcel was collected and delivered to USA at the times stated. Fast, safe and easy to follow service, I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Parcel Monkey absolved themselves of all responsibility when my parcel needed customs charges to be paid. All I wanted was a contact so that I could pay them! I had to find it out myself on the French postal site! They should make it clearer that items are sent delivery duty unpaid!

I’d highly recommend using parcel monkey. Royal Mail wanted over £60 to send a parcel over to Australia weighing in over 2kg. The postmaster advised me to use parcel monkey, so I gave it a go and they found a parcel company who’d ship my parcel with insurance and tracked for less than £40. Absolutely brilliant.

PM are trying to charge me £5 extra for consignment despite declared weight and actual weight being the same. They have not replied to any of my emails and have just gone ahead and charged me.

My parcel was never collected to be send out despite rebooking twice and paying £40. No update through the process, had to chase through their customer support and still waiting. DO NOT USE, wasted 2 days at home waiting for courrier for absolutely nothing. Such a SCAM, my parcels are still at home

Very helpful website. For someone who rarely sends parcels abroad it was useful for all documentation to be produced for me and the whole process made as simple as possible.

This was the first time Id used Parcel Monkey and the whole experience was very positive.
The website is easy to navigate and information clearly laid out. This makes comparison of both prices and drop off points easy.
The parcel arrived at the recipient within two days which I thought was excellent as it had to travel from the south coast of England to central Scotland.
I will certainly use Parcel Monkey in future.

The website was easy to use , we have a post office in our village so easy to drop off. The parcel was going to France. I was able to track the parcel easily but when it arrived at the receivers collection point it took 5 days to be notified.

Ive been using Parcel Monkey almost since its inception, BUT NEVER, EVER AGAIN. Theyre unregulated by any authority, dont have an ombudsman or a satisfactory complaints procedure. Theres no contact phone number to ring, no email or address of a head office to write to. The only way to contact them is through their site and dont expect a reply. If your shipment is not delivered to the recipient, its returned to Parcel Monkeys offices, not you, the sender. Its then marked as delivered and you will find it almost impossible to get any communication from them to get your property back and, in many cases, your property will be destroyed! Great if a shipment gets delivered, but when things go wrong and they do, youre going to find yourself out of pocket and out of time. They now have two £250 shipments that I sent with them, one over a month ago and Ive no way of getting them back or being reimbursed. BEWARE and AVOID the company as any savings are simply not worth it.

Easy to use. Dropped parcel at local post office as I use parcel force from NI to Australia and I find it all works well for me. Tracking of your parcel is very good.

The parcel got to America in record time, unfortunately you had changed the postcode and it was delivered to their previous address which you had on file so they had to go out of their way to pick it up.

It was great to compare prices, I got a cheaper price than I would at the post office counter. The whole process was very simple. The parcel was delivered to my elderly aunt. It was quite heavy and in the past delivery guys have put the parcel inside on the sofa for my aunty. This guy didn’t, he put it on the floor by the door. Which was disappointing since the sofa is four feet from the door. However, the parcel was delivered.
