This is Parcel Monkeys Customer Service Reply.(see below).. but dont be fooled, there is no reaching out and no resolution. No phone number which leaves you at the mercy of their slow and useless reply service. They took money OUT OF MY ACCOUNT without permission. I tried to book Parcel Force as always but they refused
said "parcel too big" but Monkey did them, still using Parcel Force and it was cheaper

Company offers a guarantee on next day delivery if you pay additional. We paid the additional. No courier collected the parcel so we had to drop it off ourselves. The parcel then didnt arrive next day and Parcel Monkey refused to pay back the postage costs. Rude and awful customer service also. Will NEVER use again

I never got a refund of my items that were never picked on the 27/06/24 of £21.58. They only came to pick my luggage that I paid for the 26/06/24which was equivalent of the same amount

Parcel monkey is so seamless even though you dont get to talk to a real person. Everything works well so you dont need to. When we made a contact for more information, iit was supplied almost immediately.

Your offer said delivery in 3 days. It took 5 days to dispatch the parcel, which meant it was late and we could not use the contents for its purpose. Overall, it was disappointing!

Very easy to book online and the drop-off shop was conveniently close and open late, so I could take the packages there at my convenience. Cost was very reasonable indeed but, most of all, delivery to the customers was fast and efficient.

Went to send this by royal mail it was weighed in the post office at 6kgs and I measured it at 800mm by 250 x250mm. I added another 0.5kg to the weight to be safe paid and sent it. Then I get an email saying it had been laser measured and weighed by the courier and I was charged an extra £16.50 for allegedly being correct. laser measured what a scam. On a plus side it did get there

Pick up did not happen. Payment not refunded. This has caused a lot of trouble involving waiting in all day with no explain or message why not picked up as arranged?

Terrible. Sold me a fedex service that doesn’t exist and there is no number to call customer services. Spoke to fedex who say I have to speak with parcel monkey. Now claiming my money back from my card company. Can’t call parcel monkey. Absolute rubbish

I appreciate they are just a ‘broker’ in the delivery process but ultimately I used their website and the delivery took an additional week to arrive. We’re talking about 2 letters. Not good when they mention 3-5 days.
