Easy to use cheap prices

Between Parcel Monkey and Royal Mail, they’ve taken £47 off of me to get a small Xmas parcel to LA in time for Christmas. It’s still not there. I could have walked it there faster

Absolutely horrendous experience with these. My parcel got returned for no known reason by parcelforce. Despite entering my return address parcel monkey think its acceptable to put their own depot address as a return address. Be very careful. Still have no idea where my parcel is. Its £250 worth. **** customer service. Basically they have stolen my parcel. This company is the same as parcel 2 go. Be very aware! Go direct. Avoid unless you fancy being out of pocket.

A total shambles from start to finish, parcel not collected no reason provided, rearranged and again not collected advised to reprint tracking labels - not available total lack of understanding and customer service that could only be described as abysmal. Made a formal complaint and to date have not received a reply, strongly advise to look elsewhere and would certainly never use or recommend this company.

Instruction about the delivery , was to leave parcel outside on a blue stillage , if nobody was on site. delivery attempt as happen twice and parcel as not been left. which as left me to re make item and arrange other means of getting it there, as needed for the 18th !!!

I have used Parcel Monkey for some years and always been very happy however on my last shipment to Canada my son (the recipent( had to pay both customs fees which I understand but also a brokerage fee of $31 CAD. The UPS driver could provide no explanation and Parcel Monkeys response was to contact Canadian Customs! This was not helpful so I am now using another provider. I am frustrated that no explanation could be given

Well amazingly though it was relatively expensive at £40 to ship to the USA, the whole thing was painless the site was easy to understand and the paperwork easy to downloadand it got there in four days

Good service but the person receiving the parcel ended up paying a customs duty which was a disappointment as she is a student and the parcel was of used linen and clothes mainly.

SCAM! They have a hidden list of items youre not permitted to send- check this first, as it includes every possible item you could send. Its buried in their lengthy T&Cs. I sent a parcel through this website. They messed up the label, sent me a duplicate, and surprised me with a customs payment email not included in the original quote. However, this payment was not linked to my parcel in transit due to an error with the label. It was returned to me, despite giving their customer service team advanced notice of this issue. When I asked for a refund for services not delivered, an incredibly unkind, unhelped lady called Megan sent me a link to this list hidden in their T&Cs of all the items you cannot send to deny my claim and keep my money. To give you an insight into how ridiculous this excuse list is, it includes technology, food, pots, personal effects, musical instruments, make-up, wood, etc. Your items are not safe with this company- youre better off going directly to the company they subcontract to. They dont have such predatory T&Cs, often cheaper -- together, lets cut out Parcel Monkeys profits!

My parcel was shipped from the UK to Netherlands. On arrival, the shipping box was crushed on one side, to the point of ripping open. One of the items inside, a candle 2" in diameter and protected in bubble wrap, was snapped in half. Other items were dented, scratched, and generally showed evidence of being mishandled. I cant recommend this service to anybody else, and I wont be using them again.
