Parcel monkey were great! Parcelforce were dreadful! Booked for collection and waited in all day.On parcelforce tracking at 4pm they said Customer not available at ~12:30. This an ABSOLUTE LIE, they clearly had never bothered trying as parcel was sitting of doorstep for collection. Had to drive 1 hour to depot to drop off. Then, on following Monday they turned up to collect parcel!!! Absolute rubbish!!

two parcels were sent to Ireland, both with the correct customs documentation (inside, outside and online) 10 days later we are asked where the documentation was. A further 10 days and one parcel has been returned to us, the other apparently lost

In general the service is good I have used it perhaps 50 times since Oct 2021. However on one occasion they levied a charge of £76 made by a partner company claiming my parcel was 10 times larger than I had stated and then when I complained this was a lie they placed the onus on me to prove it wasnt. By sheer luck I had some photos and got a refund. It took 2 months and many emails. I never got an apology nor did they change the rules to make the partner company, who made the untruthful claim, provide evidence for such claims. Scandalous!

Booked courier via Parcel Monkey and all was good. Selected Evri as the courier. They failed to collect the package to to notify me. When I used the tracking ID they thanked me for letting them no the courier service was no longer required - whilst the package remains awaiting collection and delivery. No idea what to do about this. Evri completely at fault and useless but I came to them via Parcel Monkey. I expect a full refund.

I have been waiting since 09/06/2022 to know what has happened to my parcel. This is a complete joke. Pay £60 parcel lost and no one giving me back my money. What is taking so long? Is this what they call customer service ? I have tried to be nice about it but a person can only be pushed so far. Take peoples money and dont carry out the service then send the same email time and time again. These companies need to be taken down as they lie and mislead the public

Well I chose one of the couriers and they stated that the International Parcel would be delivered to the Netherlands from the UK within 2-3 business days… 8 business days later still not delivered!!
Must remember that saying in the future… Don’t believe everything you read!

Arranged a collection, waited in all day for it, heard nothing from them to then check my account to see if maybe there was an update why my collection had not been picked up just to find a message on there saying "Thank you for letting us know the parcel no longer needs collecting" ???????? What, why the hell would i wait in all day if id canceled the collection!!! Will not be using again.

I have had numerous successful dealings with Parcel Monkey over the years. They have always been cheap and efficient. My latest shipment on the 12th, was subject as everyone else - to a ridiculous £64 fine for being over weight. I looked into this and they had claimed the weight was 10 KG not the 28 KG that I had declared. A simple error I thought, how can they charge me for my parcel weighting less? When disputing this problem, I have been informed actually the parcel weighted 48 KG. Massive difference to 10 KG that they had originally claimed. I have now been asked to prove that my parcel didnt weight 48 kg, after the box has been chucked away. It seems this is a known scam Parcel Monkey do to its customers and I will now strongly advise to stay away from this company as you will notice it has no telephone number to contact and it saves your card details to add these fake fines. A ridiculous business model which I have been stung by.

Shocking service. Parcel was booked and supposed to be delivered within a 2-3 day international service to Denmark for a birthday gift for my 5 year old goddaughter and after 5 days it still hasnt even left the UK. So upsetting. I would normally use another company who always deliver as specified. Thought I would try this but will never use this service ever again!

Parcel Monkey did great! They collected my boxes on the day arranged and even made it a bit earlier so that I could get my stuff out of the storage space. I received everything within a week despite sending things between two non-EU countries and having a lot of customs checks. Would definitely use their services again :))

I have used parcel monkey once and I wont use them again. They managed to lose a huge 32kg roll of fabric and all they can say is "sorry for the inconvenience". Appalling.

Not used parcel monkey before but our first experience has been very impressive. Clear and having listed all contents for Australian customs despatched box through post office. It got to Melbourne very quickly. Will certainly use them again,

Fantastic service never had any issues/simple and convenient.
But my last parcel I paid £18+ for next day delivery.Collection was Monday and took 5 days to be delivered.
Would also be so much better if there was an option to download a QR to your phone and scan at the post office so save printing out the labels
Overall highly recommend great platform will continue to use
