Scandalous . I will never use this company again. They are absolutely the worst. My parcel should have been delivered 5 days ago. They have not contacted me I have had to chase them and they still can’t tell me where my parcel is . They should not be allowed to trade .

Booked parcel to NZ with Parcel Monkey. Website is easy to use, but there was a problem creating the contents list within the customs documentation. Courier was Parcelforce, who delivered within the estimated time frame though tracking on route was limited once package left UK. PM price was significantly lower than directly with Parcelforce.

Using Parcel Monkey was very straight forward and easy to do, giving me the best price for my package. Great to be able to log in and see what stage the parcel was at. I sent my parcel to France, it took a little longer than expected but felt reassured as I could check the status of the parcel.

The parcel was delivered on time to the Isle of Man and left in a secure place for the recipient. The photo showed exactly where it had been left which was very helpful. The cost of shipping was very reasonable. I will be using Parcel Monkey again.

Took another £62 from my account after the original £29 quoted saying the weight I had put was incorrect. But on the invoice not only was the original weight I had put incorrect but there weight was 5 times higher. Numerous emails from me were ignored. Money eventually recovered by my bank . Strongly recommend avoiding parcel monkey

You are not doing very well to be honest. At this point in time, I have absolutely no idea of where my parcel is or when it is likely to reach its final destination in Argentina. I have used the tracking number supplied, but this is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. This is the first time that I have used your company and it is making nervous !

Emailed well after the event to advise of an additional charge ! I measured and weighed the parcel correctly yet I was billed an additional fee with the explanation that I had not given the correct weight/dimensions.

I have been using Parcelmonkey with mixed results for several years. On the majority of occasions things are fine, parcels are delivered and there are no issues, however when things go wrong, their customer service is absolutely appalling. . On two occasions, I have now been charged extra for a parcel that was supposedly 10x the weight I declared. When I asked for a proof, a picture of my parcel in "a tray" was provided with dimensions matching those of the tray, not the content. The tray was provided by the courier! That being clear proof of the couriers error, ParcelMonkey staff still continued to refuse my dispute. Escalation to the manager was ignored. I have given them a second chance, but after todays incident, Im going to move my business to an alternative provider.
