So glad I found parcel monkey . Fuss free and a lot cheaper than Royal Mail . Delivered parcels on time and kept me updated every step of the way . Will definitely be using again .

DPD went to the wrong house for the collection and then said they were told there was nothing to collect..... Following this they will not communicate with you as they say that their obligation has been completed. Will not use again.

Only one of 2 items received. Contacted seller who agreed to send but then claimed it had been sent but I told him that only related to original incomplete delivery and demanded item by first class mail next day but it took several days having been sent by 48 hour service

I like to use parcel monkey but of recent I was left disappointed as I was charged 40 pounds extra for a parcels that stated I got the measurements and weight wrong when in fact I made sure they were completely correct before sending. Sadly I will have to choose another courier from now on

This is a joint review of Parcelmonkey and Evri, two companies which combined provided the worst customer service and delivery experience imaginable. I used the Parcelmonkey site to book an item pick-up which was to be delivered to my home address. The delivery company who was to provide the delivery service was Evri, previously Hermes, who have changed their changed their name recently for unknown reasons. The item was picked up on the 5th October for a 3-5 day delivery. When I had not received the item by the 18th October, I contacted Parcelmonkey’s customer contact and received no helpful information from them other than messages with meaningless platitudes of apology for any inconvenience caused. No further information was provided until the 24th October when I received the following message from Parcelmonkey: “I can see that since you contacted us, the tracking has confirmed your parcel has now been received safely at the delivery address on 21/10/22.” As I had not received the delivery, I checked the Evri tracking website which included a “Proof of Delivery” photograph, which, when I opened the photo I was shocked to see that my package had been “received safely” by placing the package in a rubbish bin outside my home address! There was no delivery note left and no one rang or knocked at my door, which I know because I was home all afternoon on the date the “safe delivery” was made. Not surprisingly, as it had been 3 days since the “safe delivery” of my package into a rubbish bin before I received any notice that such an extraordinary choice had been made without knocking or leaving any note of the delivery, the rubbish had been collected and my package was gone. What kind of delivery company leaves a delivery in a rubbish bin without leaving a note or even knocking on my door? A useless and negligent one, that’s what kind of delivery company does something like that. And that’s exactly what Evri is. A useless and negligent delivery company. Parcelmonkey is no better, as they allow bookings to be made through their website for Evri services and the customer service which Parcelmonkey provides is equally useless. Avoid both companies, as I know I will from now on.

Service worked fine. I had a few issues with the website taking me back to the start, but on the third attempt I was able to put through my purchase.
Collection by Parcelforce was exactly when scheduled. Would use again.

We were so careful measuring and weighing the parcel. Everything was correct however a week after postage and receipt to the USA recipient nearly £5 surcharge! Theft from customers!

Its far cheaper and easier to go directly through the courier. Parcelmonkey are pointless middle men who charge more for an inferior service. Total opposite to the claims on their website. Avoid this site to save money!!

Completely fed up with this company. I purchased a 3-5 day delivery by Parcelforce through this company, but the parcel is lost in transit now. I have had to refund my customer. Parcelmonkey are literally giving me the run around about refunding me. I have contacted Parcelforce directly, who are happy to investigate the matter, but only if Parcelmonkey contacts them as I purchased through them. I have been messaging back and forth and cannot get Parcelmonkey to do so. I purchased a service from this company and they failed to deliver (albeit not through any fault of their own) but they wont help me get a refund. I have had to refund my cliend for failed delivery, I would expect the company I purchased delivery guarrantee from, to do the same.

Charged me more than double what courier charge was in first place because the parcel was 6cm bigger than I said...it was an oven so was 10% discrepancy on size which you would think would be factored in. Total con artists.

So used parcel monkey for first time and Evri was courier Parcel delivered great!! But to a safe place In a Bin? Fair enough I thought But Bin emptied and item gone Raised complaint,email received from Evri 3 days ago now no response Never ever again

I booked Parcelforce via Parcelmonkey and paid extra insurance. Parcelforce smashed the box and contents and are willing to pay compensation but Parcelmonkey wont release the booking number so I can make a claim. Has anyone else experienced this? Surly they cant do this and keep the compensation for themselves?

Parcel Monkey are a great starting point for selecting couriers. My issue is with them offering Evri. This company is awful. I paid for a 2-3 working day service. Package arrived on day 8 and only after I spent hours trying to speak to someone, which they make almost impossible. My package was in limbo at the destination distribution center and would still be there had manual intervention not taken place. Try using their Chatbot! Try calling them and getting past the automated front end. Good Luck

I was charged over £60 for a wrong size package and on giving photo evidence with parcel number and sizes of package I have heard nothing since.

According to tracking PM10873748/ 1550 3754 582 195 F "Your parcel is on hold at the depot where a new delivery date has been rescheduled" Dated 29.09.22, almost a month ago. Now DPD/Parcel Monkey claims it does not know where my parcel is.. They dont want to reinburse it either. If you paid Parcel Monkey/ DPD money to have your parcel delivered and they lost it at their delivery depot.. It probably means somebody from DPD nicked it.. I wish i had the opportunity to read a review like this before.. I would probably have spent a little more money on a reputable company. Learn from my experience.. Choose UPS or even EVRI instead of Parcel Monkeys/DPDs and avoid being robbed of your belongings. Edit: 5 day since official Parcel monkey/DPD reply... And what a load of hot air! These companies seems incapable of dealing or even admitting to its mispaclicing of my parcel. They have since went "quiet". Avoid at all costs!

I sent a parcel through you, using Parcelforce, on 14th October. It has been sitting at the New York centre since the 17th. Today is the 26th October. My client is livid that she has not received her order in time and I have had to refund. Your agents tell me that it is " out of their hands once its in the destination country" ! This is unacceptable, since I also paid extra for delivery by the due date. I have asked for a refund, since I am out of pocket for the item itself, the shipping and the cost of the item that I have had to refund my client. This is one of several disasterous parcels that I have sent recently with you and Parcelforce. Absolutely not impressed.

Useless, bought a 48h service and they prompted me to update to 24h Express. Which I did. Parcel was not picked up, so contacted customer service and they was to update me. I requested refund and they told me this can only be done after delivery. Delivery took 5 days. As first day was on strike. Upon request for refund they told me the mimic the courier and do not give compensation refunds unless its delivered more than 5 days after intended delivery date. When I pointed out that the courier Parcelforce gives compensation and they are not mimic their terms I was simply told NO REFUND. No explanation. Totally unprofessional
