Excellent delivery service

Great service, went with UPS rather than Parcelfoce this time and the delivered to the US in 3 days. Parcelforce/ US Postal was more like 7 days. So will definitely going with UPS in the future.

Worst experince ever - never collected, in end I had to take boxes to post office and then they never came for them there either! Absolute Clowns both them and Parcelforce - a farce made in hell - well matched - avoid these jokers! Parcelforce have a cheek to to go on strike for more money! Absolute goons

Jesus , this lot must be run by 5year olds , I’ll never use these ever again. Booked a parcle to Mexico months ago , all they kept saying was we need address names passport info , we done this all 3 times over! Now it’s being returned and they want me to pay ???? Small claims court for refund if we don’t get it. And a bank charge back AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Do not use this company for your own sanity It is mentakll health week and I am in the process of losing my mind on a £250 parcel I bought which I booked through parcemoneky for DPD to collect from Manchester. Its two weeks and they dont know where my package is. I have provided proof it was collected from the site. Yet this company cannot provide a status on the location of my parcel. DO NOT USE < PARCEL MONKEY IS A FRAUDULENT AND INCOMPETENT COMPANY.

So easy to book and so much cheaper than any other service! Was bit worried cos i sold bulky item on ebay and it weighted way more than my estimate, though Id be paying twice as much for postage than i charged but then found parcel monkey and it was even cheaper. I dropped the parcel in post office and it was delivered 2 days later. Thank you!

Awful company using even worse sub contractors (Dpd). I paid for a 2 day delivery service from the UK to Ireland. I was posting the contents of one of our suitcases home due to not having much storage space where we were staying. The parcel never arrived even though we were also charge VAT on the parcel. So we now have no belongings and have spent money on absolutely nothing. Lucky us though.... Theyre refunding the measly £16 it cost to send the parcel. Never mind the cost of our belongings!! I was given a 7 day window to claim for my belongings but unfortunately did not have access to my emails during that time. They couldnt care less though. Never mind that they had a 2 day window to deliver my belongings and failed!! Will never use again. Shocking customer service.

Thought everything was great until my recipient contacted me as the parcel had been destroyed! Ok so accidents happen, I offered my client a replacement as my package was insured so no biggy. I set up a new collection through parcel monkey and started the proceedings for a claim. I was advised I needed to fill in a form, which I did and included photos of the destroyed item. I was then asked to show my invoice for the cost of the item and photos. I had already sent photos and as it was my company that sent the product an invoice from me would be the same as me telling them the cost of the item which was £30, seemed a little pointless. They were quick to offer me £25 which, to be fair, was all I had insured the parcel for. However, I had sent my claim in for £35.79 cost of the max a claim would pay for my goods and a refund on the delivery. I was told I would not be receiving the cost of delivery back as the item, "was delivered". I went back to parcel monkey advising that surely the contract between myself and them is that not only that they deliver my item but that they deliver it intact otherwise what is the point? Also, as I have to replace the item and pay for new delivery why should I be out of pocket for their mistake. No real communication other than they did offer to refund the £10.79 delivery charge. I thought this was the end of it until the replacement item was not picked up, this happened twice, two days in a row as I had requested pick up for the next day. The first collection fail I contacted parcel monkey they rescheduled it for the next day, which resulted in no collection again, so I asked them to refund me as I was done. The parcel should have been with the client by now and I could not trust them to actually do what they said they would. They told me they would refund the £10.79 as now I had posted it through royal mail. So now I had been offered £10.79 back for the failed collection. The £10.79 for the smashed item and the £25 cost of damaged goods. The offer of the money was just that, until I chased them for the actual payment, several times. It came in, in bits all over the place. The 2 lots of £10.79 came in eventually at different times. So at least the process had obviously started....I was still awaiting the £25 and when I chased it they advised that my bank had rejected it! None of the other payments just this £25 one. Yeah ok, sounds legit! I demanded that they sort it and gave them the bank details to put the £25 in and funnily enough it was done that afternoon. I have since told them to close my account as the stress of this has put me off ever using them again. It was not the mistake or the fact that they broke my item, accidents happen. It was the lack of care and the complete lack of empathy and or respect. I should not have had to argue for my money back and should not have had to keep emailing about the actual funds.

Sent parcel on Wed night on parcel 24 it didn’t arrive until Mon. The parcel was brought to a local post office saying they tried to deliver and left a card but it was sent to halls where there is someone in the office at all times. My son then had to walk a quarter of mile to pick it up and another quarter of a mile carrying a heavy box back not good enough.

Had to travel 10 miles to the drop off point (because parcel was urgent) but parcel not delivered next day (as paid for) but the following day causing me problems.

Easy to use with affordable prices and good choice of providers.
I think next time I would choose a slotted time for pick up as I was expecting a morning pick up to afternoon but it was later in the day and I was concerned as I was going out at 6pm but all was well in the end.

I used this company to post a parcel from N. Ireland to Canada. It was straight forward enough and I was able to drop my parcel of at my local post office.
My daughter received her parcel within a week. Happy days.

I tried a one the biggest delivery companies (local & national one) I had used before. They made a total mess and failed me from the start to as they never picked up my parcel from the drop off shop. They still have not done anything including not refunding my money, I used Parcel Monkey and it was simple and my small parcel was delivered within time scale promised. Thank you!

I posted this via Evri on 23 Sep, to a UK address. It was supposed to take 48hours. It was apparently finally delivered on 9th October, although I have not received confirmation of receipt from the recipient 3 days later. There is no way of contacting courrier directly, you just have to passively watch as your parcel sits in a warehouse. Very very slow and frustrating
