It works fine as long as nothing goes wrong, but then you find out that you cant contact the actual courier directly and ParcelMonkey are less than proactive. A parcel I sent with DPD seems to have been lost, but I cant speak to DPD directly on the matter and so we go through this protracted and slow-motion process of Chinese whispers. Parcelmonkey markets itself as cheap and convenient, but after checking I find its not cheap and theyre just an incompetent middle-man. Do yourself a favour and book with a carrier directly. Dont use this pointless waste of time service.

Offered good rates for shipment to Australia then bolted on astronomical charges for extra weight which meant it would have been cheap to ship with our existing supplier who were only charging slightly more. Parcels were all weighed and measured before shipment but Parcel Monkey hide behind its nothing to do with us, those are the charges from our courier. For the sake of a claimed additional 2kg over a 178kg shipment I wouldnt have minded if the charges were reasonable but Parcel Monkey were claiming over £300 extra (this works out at 45 times the initial rate per KG to ship the entire order) Tried discussing this with customer services but they were beyond useless. Have since switched back to original supplier and have had no issues. Would strongly advise you look elsewhere, certainly will not be using Parcel Hero again.

Poor. My parcel still hasn’t reached its destination and you have been entirely unhelpful to get it out of customs to help move the matter along. It was sent on 22.7.22 and it is now 16.8.22 Way to go parcel monkey. Never again

We have used Parcel Monkey to return a large item to Amazon. 12 days later it is still sitting in Parcel Force depot. I am hoping I can amend my review once Parcel Monkey Customer Service step in and get this parcel delivered before my 21 day return period Is up

I found a 3-5 day delivery service to California with UPS; it was expensive at over £40 but for a 1.3kg parcel containing my 3 year old granddaughter’s birthday presents it was important that it got there on time and I was prepared to pay the premium. My past experiences with sending parcels to California has not been great so I was delighted when my son confirmed that this one arrived on time, just 3 days after being collected from my local drop off point.

PM used dpd to dispatch an item, dpd then failed to deliver to destination (recipient home all day, no delivery note left). Then parcel left at local pickup point, who would not release to recipient, dpd then returned to sender, so now i have to bear the brunt of a refund and the cost to parcel monkey who refuse to reimburse. Colossal waste of time.

So far and it’s been nearly 3 weeks, my parcel sent to india with a priority service is still sitting in customs. They have refused to take part in getting the item to the sender and have asked me to speak to india post myself to release the goods. I wonder why then why I paid nearly £70 to send the item detailing everything for a return including a customs form with my items to be refunded? I am now £600 down on the refund for which the seller has not received back and parcel monkey who don’t have a telephone number are asking me through email to do all the work. It is frustrating that in this day and age that when you pay for a service you get absolute zero. I was hoping to get the parcel to the seller quickly and this has resulted in a worse or series. I don’t know why anyone would choose cancer when Royal Mail would have been more competent. Disappointed is an understatement. I am beyond effed off as I have no idea who to call and when I am doing my own calls to india; but high is also adding to my costs of having sent through parcel monkey and no one is answering the calls at india to have this sorted. I am now extremely out of pocket and the parcels are likely to be destroyed with expensive items in it. If you want a massive headache with zero resolve, choose parcel to make your life as hectic as possible.

I would rate zero star but there is no option. My parcel has been returned to sender because they said that it contains prohibited items. Now when I booked this shipping, it was the third time with them that I was shipping skincare products and never had any problem. Plus I checked the prohibited items of the courier, UPS, and these items were not mentioned as prohibited neither for Italian border there was an issue as cosmetics were allowed to be shipped. In the parcelmonkey website I did not see reference/link to the prohibited items. I filled the invoice clearly mentioning that it was skincare products and the system allowed me to book the shipping, I had written the contents, hand cream, face serum etc but I could book anyway. Then once it was shipped I saw that there was a request to return to sender and I started inquiring...at the beginning I could not understand who was refusing the parcel..UPS, Italian Border, them. I was asking for document, letter from Italian border, still not understanding who was refusing...and after almost two months I received a message from parcelmonkey, because you can just communicate with them by message, just giving an ultimatum if I wanted to get the parcel back returned to me and paying administration fees and delivery, or if I wanted they to dispose of. It has taken two months, and probably I will pay to get back the parcel because it would break my heart knowing that my handmade products are wasted...but I would get who knows what kind of parcel...damaged and who knows how this parcel was stored in the worst condition, maybe the contect is just broken or gone. I believe that their shipping policy should be clearly mentioned and they should not allow us to book if they consider that a product has not to travel in THEIR terms and condition. Other website do not allow us to book if you mention something that they do not allow. I believe that this website just try to hide stuff and then take more money on that. Honestly avoid them.

This is the second time am using Parcel Monkey and very happy with the service throughout. Have opted for the collection service, value for money and reliable. The parcel got to destination on time. Was able to track the whereabouts of the parcel and the progress until delivered. Will use again and recommend

Great app. Easy to use. Quickly found the options available to me with clear prices displayed. Printed the labels and stuck to the parcel. The provider we choose turned up when expected and the delivery was faster then expected. All in all excellent!

Parcelforce collected my parcel ref CK247211189GB promptly on Monday 8August. Today, Friday 12 August, the parcel is sitting in their international hub being prepared for export. It has been like that for last 4 days. The parcel was supposed to be delivered in 5 working days. No chance for that. Very disappointed. Thank you.

This is the first time I have tried this service and found it to have a good choice and be very informative . There were plenty of different carriers providing a variety of options which was great . also when it came to the uplift and delivery it all went well and was quite cheap.

have relocated to Portugal and used this service to deliver all of my belongings. I initially went via parcel monkey and they have used an outside agency CTT. They have shipped my belongings to a random House in porto - I live in Lisbon and now theyre telling me they dont know whats gone wrong. Furthermore the person who signed for it isnt even my name. Ive tried to get help and they said theres nothing they can do but investigate the situation. All my life is with someone else. Ive asked for the address of the person they sent it too and they dont have it! Moving country is stressful enough and now this. I am so so upset!
