Parcel monkey claimed my parcel would be delivered within 6 days. 10 days later (26/8) tracking still has it as prepared for export which is status since 17/8. Whilst I appreciate things happen outside of parcel monkey hands the delivery I purchased should have arrived here in new zealand by 3 days ago instead it is still sat at an export hub in the UK.

Experience with Parcel Monkey regarding booking was alright. However, after my package was collected by DPD and eventually stolen/missing it was officially declared by them as such. This subsequently made me eligible for a compensation for the stolen/missing package by DPD. I even purchased the more expensive option through Parcel Monkey to get the insurance for the package. After submitting my claim form through Parcel Monkey, it was declared as prohibited due to the package containing a mobile phone and headphones of value above £1200.... In this case, Parcel Monkey can claim the money and leave me with nothing when in fact I shouldve received the claim as I rightly have to. Absolutely outrages !

After my agreed quote of 23.90 for a parcel… I subsequently was charged an additional £66.80!!!! as they ‘claim’ the measurement or weight was inaccurate! This is absolutely not the case! And to charge them x 3 The original amount … A COMPLETE RIP OFF! NEVER AGAIN

Tried to send a car bumper,no courier would send it and the ones that would wouldnt accept the address it was going to,parcel monkey great price address was no problem item sent and delivered without a hitch,would use them again

Failed to collect parcels. Parcel forces delivery driver was also at fault but as it was booked through parcel monkey, they were catagorically unable to assist. The ultimate fault lay with Parcel Monkey who, according to parcel force, failed to provide all the collection details ie our company name! (our work building contains several different companies). The WORST part of the situation was trying to get any help from parcel monkey to resolve it. The live chat is the only option for immediate communication but was slow and the responses were poor to say the least. There is no contact number for parcel monkey and when requested, they confirm that there is no way of speaking with them, a manager or complaints department via telephone what so ever. They just repeated the option to rebook collection (which was already too late) Awful experience which ended up costing my work place £760 to resolve finding a last minute company to help us deliver the parcels (the parcels needed delivery in time for a large conference event) Chocolate teapot springs to mind. Definitely wouldn’t recommend - can you tell? Lol

Sadly my experience with this company has been beyond awful. I sent a parcel from surrey up to Lancashire - the parcel was correctly addressed. The company emailed me as they wanted to confirm address - I returned an email confirmation and received one saying thank you for confirming. I then received an email saying sorry I wasn’t in -but it had been delivered back to my local depot !!! Yes back to myself ! I have been in touch with parcel monkey countless times explaining that I am the SENDER ! NOT THE ADDRESSEE! But this seems to be falling on absolutely deaf ears as I receive email after email happily confirming parcel has been collected- yes it has by me the sender ! One person suggested the intended recipient should collect it ( she lives over 200 miles away ????♀️????♀️????♀️) I am beyond frustrated, the funds have been taken from my account - the parcel delivered back to me - I contacted the actual courier DPD who referred me back to Parcel monkey , who referred me back to DPD I’m at an absolute loss ! Not just financially as I had to re - send the parcel with Royal Mail , but totally lost as to what to do next Dreadful experience, now going into its 4th week I’m sure when parcels are successfully delivered it’s great , but heaven help you if there’s a problem - There is absolutely zero customer assistance or support.

We have just discovered that the parcel we sent via Parcel Monkey and DHL has been delivered. However, we only know that by looking up the tracking number etc. I was expecting to get a notification either from Parcel Monkey and DHL. But since the parcel was delivered to the right person, and in reasonable time, I am happy.

Very efficient system and easy to use. Item collected in a timely manner, though the delivery was one day later than the 48 hour express service bought. Overall I would use again, though this time, the items had to be sent onward as we missed the schedule for delivery to London.

Needed to return a bicycle and parcel monkey made this easy, the website was easy to navigate and follow. Collection of the parcel from us was great and it was delivered to its destination the very next morning. Proof of collection and delivery was very reassuring , will definitely use parcel monkey again.

Failed to collect on agreed date and then failed to collect on the second day (DX) Paid extra for compensation if not collected and now they say they will only cancel the collection and refund Complained but they repeated the same thing - dont care that the person stayed in two days running and I have no item arriving NOT recommended!

Ordering and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately the mirror that was booked for delivery got damaged in transit. Even though it was well pkged. But neither parcel monkey or delivery company are willing to help in form of compensation to repair the mirror so to replace the glass as been left at my expense so customer is happy

Used these successfully before = tried to send a parcel yesterday, got to the payment page, after inputting payment details, got a wasnt processing message, screen froze, retried and got the same message - contacted support to enquire if payment had been made, twice, once or not at all - 24 hours later still waiting for a response. a total useless support area advise not to use this business,

Parcel was due to take 4 days, parcel is 10 days into its journey and the tracking is not being updated, package appears stuck. Contacted Parcel Monkey and, despite having all the details in the original order regarding package contents, value, size etc. Insisted I provide all the details again before they contact the courier. Zero confidence the package will ever arive at this stage. Mostly the fault of Parcelforce but would have hoped Parcel Monkey would be able to use the details they have to track things down. Kicking myself for not taking a photo.

I wish there was no star option as well. Worst worst service ever. You parcel will not move for days together and the customer service is disgusting, beacuse they dont know how to solve. They keep saying we are looking into this and will come back. but waste of time and money. Also they tell that your package weight is more after midway just to charge you money.
