Said would drop off next day ie Friday parcel turns up Monday. Spoke to DPD and paid extra to get delivered Saturday.

Ordering and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately the mirror that was booked for delivery got damaged in transit. Even though it was well pkged. But neither parcel monkey or delivery company are willing to help in form of compensation to repair the mirror so to replace the glass as been left at my expense so customer is happy

I will never use these useless jokers again! Website is a bunch of delivery expectation lies to encourage you to book but they cant deliver. Customer service is no help at all.

very cheeky. in spite of already charging me they again tried to get the money from me for an envelope which is 11* 22 saying it is 4.5kg. Aweful.

Used these successfully before = tried to send a parcel yesterday, got to the payment page, after inputting payment details, got a wasnt processing message, screen froze, retried and got the same message - contacted support to enquire if payment had been made, twice, once or not at all - 24 hours later still waiting for a response. a total useless support area advise not to use this business,

Parcel was due to take 4 days, parcel is 10 days into its journey and the tracking is not being updated, package appears stuck. Contacted Parcel Monkey and, despite having all the details in the original order regarding package contents, value, size etc. Insisted I provide all the details again before they contact the courier. Zero confidence the package will ever arive at this stage. Mostly the fault of Parcelforce but would have hoped Parcel Monkey would be able to use the details they have to track things down. Kicking myself for not taking a photo.

I wish there was no star option as well. Worst worst service ever. You parcel will not move for days together and the customer service is disgusting, beacuse they dont know how to solve. They keep saying we are looking into this and will come back. but waste of time and money. Also they tell that your package weight is more after midway just to charge you money.

Good value for money, generally very pleased, would have been 5 stars but it took 2days to get a response from the Help site which claimed it would take 5 minutes. Sorted the problem before the response came. Would use again and recommend.

Been using Parcel Monkey for years and always ensure I put slightly larger dimensions and weight to be on the safe side. Just been hit with another invoice due to the parcel being 1KG heavier. No way is this true. Sent an email to company and heard nothing. My suspicion is that they are clawing back price rises from unsuspecting customers probably by the 1000,s. Will never use again.

Always use Parcel Monkey for sending my parcels. Its convenient and the service is very good. Pricing is competitive too and there are lots of delivery options to choose from.

This was my first time with Parcel Monkey and it was very straight forward to book . The parcel was uplifted as per booking and I am told that the refund for returned parcel is being processed
As I have no printer I had to go to the library to do the label …. but that’s life !!
I would use them again and recommend to a friend !

I have user Parcel Monkey loads of times and they have always provided good service. Reasonably priced and many options of dispatch makes it a service second to none. Happy to recommend!

I paid a premium for 48hr courier delivery through parcel monkey. After 20 emails and a week later it turned up, i am then told this is acceptable by Parcel Monkey

All was ok until August 4th when I saw they had automatically taken over £60 from my account and emailed me to say my 2 parcels were underweight and actually weighed over 22kg - for 2 pairs of shoes I doubt it…. I measured both parcels correctly with a tape measure and overcompensated on weight by 500g. I emailed them to complain and 2 weeks later I have still got no response, at this rate they are basically scammers who can’t be bothered to investigate when things go wrong. I am now charging back with my bank all in all a massive waste of time, I’d give 0 stars if I could. Disgusted overall

Absolutely fantastic, Incredibly easy to use, and at an amazing price, even had my doubts to good to be true. Picked up from my home and delivered easily within 48 hours highly recommend it and will most certainly use it again.

Useless customer support. System cant print a correct customs label and requires manual intervention. When couriers fail to come, they rebook a fresh label creating two collections for the courier. Its just a shambles and they have no idea what theyre doing. Equally as bad as another courier. Wont use again.

Initially I loved this company and it was everything I was looking for (except maybe being able to edit items once in the basket) But then I paid for packages to be collected and delivered. On the day of collection (waiting patiently from 8am till 6pm) nobody came and I received no info. When I enquired about this they said to just book it for tomorrow. I did so and waited patiently another ENTIRE day... and nobody came to another couriers and yet again there was no email or phone call.. nothing! My customers were expecting their orders and I wasnt willing to WASTE another day of my life. I asked for a refund and had to go through the whole ordering process again with another company. If Parcel Monkey doesnt allow you to deal with the courier company directly, they should be the one informing clients if things arent going as expected. I got NO form of an apology, just the offer of a full refund - which of course I accepted because they didnt even do anything except take my money! Id love to use the service again but Im honestly too worried Id be left in the same situation and cant risk it. Such a shame!
