Parcelforce collected my parcel ref CK247211189GB promptly on Monday 8August. Today, Friday 12 August, the parcel is sitting in their international hub being prepared for export. It has been like that for last 4 days. The parcel was supposed to be delivered in 5 working days. No chance for that. Very disappointed. Thank you.

This is the first time I have tried this service and found it to have a good choice and be very informative . There were plenty of different carriers providing a variety of options which was great . also when it came to the uplift and delivery it all went well and was quite cheap.

have relocated to Portugal and used this service to deliver all of my belongings. I initially went via parcel monkey and they have used an outside agency CTT. They have shipped my belongings to a random House in porto - I live in Lisbon and now theyre telling me they dont know whats gone wrong. Furthermore the person who signed for it isnt even my name. Ive tried to get help and they said theres nothing they can do but investigate the situation. All my life is with someone else. Ive asked for the address of the person they sent it too and they dont have it! Moving country is stressful enough and now this. I am so so upset!

Was charged a further £20.99 after I had paid for documents to be delivered to Cape Town. Would not recommend.

Parcel was picked up the next day - so i had great hopes. Website states parcel will be delivered in 3 days time - 8 days later - still not arrived.

Once the details of the destination were entered. The website indicated that the parcel would reach the destination in 3 days. It actually took 11 days, hence the 4 star rating.
It would have been helpful if the 11 day delivery time would have been stipulated from the outset (that would have achieved a 5 star rating). I would still have used the service.
Aside from that, the ease of use and price of the service were good. I would recommend it.

The experience was OK, however, since Brexit sending parcels to Europe involves filling in forms and it’s not always clear how to do it… sending anything is so much more expensive too, and no matter how low the value of things I send my family always has to pay customs fees; so I’m giving up sending parcels to Europe all together!

Absolutely awful. They never sent me the invoices that the company was requesting for sending the parcels out of the country. I lost £30 because after they sent it back to the wrong address, they said that I should have been charged again for a new delivery.

Our collection was simple to organise, cheaper than on other sites and was collected and delivered promptly without issues. My only slight fault is that you arent able to get a specific collection time, just a large window where they might arrive. Overall, really good service.

The carrier you put me with didnt collect on the day advised although I stayed in all day, claiming that they couldnt contact me? ha d to rebook and stay in another day until 3 pm. No stars for parcel force.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS 1 is the lowest we can give, if we could, we would give a minus figure. We sent our parcels on the information given, all returned with no explanation. I took weeks and numerous emails to get the reason for the return and it turned out that they took our money without giving us the full details of what we had to enter and declare for customs. When I told them we were reporting them to Trading standards, as they have taken our money after giving us incorrect information, they issued us a refund, but they still owe us a refund for 2 of our parcels. Hopefully Trading standards will make them comply with what is necessary.

Always found DPD more reliable than Evri and the price is competitive. Easy to complete posting details on line.
Drivers could be more communicative.

I sent a small parcel exactly 2 months ago today. It has not still not arrived. Tracking the parcel, it has had a "Delivery scheduled" since the 8th of July.
