Ive given you a poor rating because I went all through booking a collection and when I went to pay you had put my account on hold.with no explanation so I booked with parcel hero with no booking issues. I emailed you twice with no reply. So in a nut shell your service is the worst Ive ever come across

Ive used parcelmonkey previously without issue. On this occassion - i sent a package to the USA. It arrived looking like it had been run over by a bus. The package had clearly been damaged externally by some sort of machine, then dropped - broken open, and resealed - in doing so - the carrier lost one of the components that was posted. Insurance claim lodged - which parcelmonkey are refusing citing insufficient packaging - despite the fact that the items were wrapped quite comprehensively - and the packaging of the items themselves clearly has nothing to do with the damage caused to the package - which was subject to GROSS MISHANDLING. Im going to issue small claims against them... its absolutely ridiculous for them to suggest they dont have a duty of care to handle the package appropriately and suggest that the issue is my fault - despite LOTS of packaging. I LOOK FORWARD TO THE CCJ

The service is very bad. My shipment was lost or they stole it. I do not recommend dealing with them. It is a bad service and they cannot take responsibility. The shipment was returned from the country where I should have received my shipment because they found a duplicate product! They are supposed to return it to me directly, I am the sender and the returned shipment is mine! Instead, they used procrastination and delay, and there is no means of communication except through the website. The matter is almost 5 months ago, and I will expose them and prosecute them. They are thieves unless they return my shipment.

Avoid this company at all costs! Paid £38 to send a large parcel 48h delivery that was collected on 15th July. Collection went to plan but then I was informed the delivery had failed as they couldn’t find the property and I was asked to clarify the address, which I did and I provided a phone number. Chased up when they are going to try and redeliver the parcel, only to be told they have now lost it, a week later they have done a search and found it but have a backlog so can’t confirm when they will have a second attempt. Its now nearly a month on since it was collected and I am still waiting for an update, you can’t speak to anyone - its all by email and when they do reply its a standard generic message! Absolute waste of time with these charlatans! i’ve even written to their CEO a week ago and still no reply! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Parcelforce arrived to collect parcel then told customer they don’t collect electrical items? Listed it as prohibited item which it is not didn’t even take it away? Waiting on refund??? Still waiting for refund??????

Straight forward booking. Arranged for parcel force to collect the parcel, which they did at the usual time they deliver to me. I am out in the sticks!

Parcel Monkey was easy to use and ran on top of Royal Mail Parcel Force. The only negative point I would like to make is the complexity of Customs form codes for your items and the time it takes to get through customs. Parcel Monkey is cheaper than Royal Mail direct. thank you.

I don’t think you should have taken the money straight away. When I got to the post office last Saturday, said they were open online. Got there and they were shut. I work a full time job sometimes 10 hours a day so haven’t shipped my package. Would like to redirect my package to my nephew rather than ship back to the supplier. Any help forthcoming? I’ve paid for a service I have not used.
