Prices were good, until I got an email telling me that they would be charging me more. They accused me of incorrectly measuring my parcels dimensions and weight. Ive sent hundreds of parcels just this year and have never experienced anything like this - I think I know how to use a measuring tape and a set of scales... Obviously after this additional charge, they would no longer have been the cheapest option and I never would have opted for their service in the first place. another courier would have been cheaper and Ive never had any issues with them. After contacting support, they told me to provide proof of weight and size. As if!!! I dont have time to waste taking pictures of myself measuring things. THEY should be providing me with their evidence that my measurements were wrong NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!

This company is just DISGUSTING! Ive sent a parcel using DPD, parcel is lost, along with the £250 item in it which I have paid to insure! DPD refuse to answer my questions cause I used Parcel Monkey and those stupid SCUM at ParcelMonkey say "we have already sent 1 email to DPD, were just waiting"!!! They should be calling DPD, sending emails every single day and be on top of this! This is totally unacceptable! This company is a scam!

Parcel monkey part was ok but DPD actually returned my package to me and kept the money even tho on the phone they promised to deliver. Was a parcel from UK to Hungary.

This parcel was a return to Amazon, Parcel Monkey say it was delivered on monday 1/8/22, today is the 5/8/22 and Amazon still say they have no got it yet...

Generally Parcel Monkey is cheapest for Parcelforce shipments with higher insurance, which i why i use them often. HOWEVER, the return address on the labels is for Parcel Monkey office, which on a few occasions ive had to pay a forwarding charge as the parcel got return to them. Other brokers such as senditnow.com use sender address as return address.

Out of 13 parcels, 12 parcels were delivered but 1 is still outstanding. It is been a week and I keep tracking it. The status of my parcel hasn’t changed for 2-3 days now. It is now day 7 since they took my parcel.

Not particularly happy tried to be honest regarding parcel weight and dimensions ,parcel was not available to me at the time i asked for a quote they gave me a price which i was happy with so i accepted once i gave them the exact measurements one of the measurements was7 centimeters longer than i had origionaly said the price they charged me more than doubled !

Before I continue to write a very detailed and long personal experience - I wish for Parcel Monkey to contact me directly to discuss further, and rectify the ongoing issue that has now surpassed 1 month where by my fully insured item worth over £650 has still not been delivered and is being kept at the depot since 5th July ( Fact ) - I have this confirmed and wish to know why Parcel Monkey are controlling this situation and not shipping out the Item to the receiver ( is it lost? no - Is it because its an expensive / value item? yes - are certain things going on untowards that the public need to know? - yes! ) - I need a full all monies refunded for the entire value of all items that were collected (£ 650) and also for P&P ( £26 - Insured value of £650 ), further compensation and / or the Item returned to myself asap - I will, and am in the process of taking this situation much further and have copious information from varying parties on the situation, Parcel Monkey and the Item in concern - I suggest Parcel Monkey contact myself directly in the first instance to rectify this problem BEFORE I go ahead and write upon this board the experiences, knowledge that I have and information held. Parcel Monkey gave me best deal to compare the market. It is bigger difference in price if you have to deal with bigger parcel which delivery price is higher. Recommended!

Awful Experience my parcel was mm out so my cost has gone up from £10 to an extra £64 after my parcel has been delivered so cant even ask for it back or agree extra cost. money taken without my consent. even having raised a dispute nobody was interested in helping having to raised complaint with bank.

Delighted with the ease of sending package to Milan, Italy, the online system handled the Customs requirements very well and delivery date was less than a week from drop off.
Actual delivery was as suggested when booking.

Dishonest, they lost my parcel and tried to say it was returned to me. Firstly no reason provide, no signature proof of delivery- I was at work when they claimed to have returned without any reasoning. For months we went round and round in circles as they have been lying all along, my parcel was insured I paid a premium of £40 to insure which is pure rip off as they dont insure you simple take you money. They have no call centres instead you send multiple emails, takes days if not weeks to reply, every time its a new person replying- poor customer service infact zero customer service, they are liars and have the audacity to blame customer. I paid for a service and they failed to delivery my package and have lost my item, the tracking number proves this as they dont have a record of delivery or return. AVOID THIS COMPANY, I have read multiple reviews all the same- they need to take this seriously and pay me for my item instead of shifting the blame onto me. They delayed for months then tried to say its been too long, what a joke- having provided all the info they required they then give the same reason stating it was redelivered such a weak response you accepted responsibility waste my time to provide evidence then tell it was returned. Its day light robbery- customers cannot do anything as they simple have no respect nor do they value customers, sale of good and service act 1984 havent even refunded for the service which they charged me for in full Paid for £1000 insurance- means nothing DO NOT SURE PARCELMONKEY, INSURANCE IS A SCAM- THEY LOSE YOUR PARCELS AND DISHONEST AND BLAME CUSTOMERS- WHY WOULD YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT REASONING- NO PROOF OF RETURN, COMPLETE JOKER- SCAM
