Fab! Efficient service .very happy

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I payed the correct postage cost for the size of my parcel but they still took another £52 out of my bank claiming that I underpaid. There is no way that the parcel was that much out and they didn’t even bother to reply to my query about this. Absolutely diabolical service! BEWARE!!!!!

It would be much more helpful if you could give a collection time slot on the day rather than have customers waiting for hours on collection day. Otherwise an excellent service which got my package from the UK to Australia very quickly.

The website is easy to use, and the tracking facility helpful, but I was not made aware that the recipient would have to go and collect and my parcel and it would not be delivered to them.

This website was really easy to use, and allowed me to be able to book online my own parcel, and upload my own label, print it off, and then just take it to the post office.
A big 5 stars for ease of use.

Ive used several times with no issues. this week they were put to the test when an item I sent off was returned damaged. Within a matter of hours they agreed with my point it view and resolved the issue perfectly! Exceptional customer service!

Whilst PM are not the couriers, and have no control over drivers, they are the ones we pay, and have the contract with. When things go wrong, they seem powerless to do anything apart from say sorry. No offers of refunds or alternative couriers. In my case DPD failed to find my house two days in a row, despite having dropped three deliveries off the week before and collecting a return. I ended up taking it to a local DPD drop off and have no idea if its still in the shop or on its way. I will be going direct next time and will be taking my business elwere.

I have had awful experiences of trying to send items to my son in Canada as the process has always been so complicated. However I can honestly say this was so much less stressful. It was easy to obtain the quotes. And once I selected the right service the instructions were clear and made easy to understand. The collection and delivery was prompt and my son was delighted to receive the package without any issues

I use Parcel Monkey regularly. Sending via Parcelforce this way can sometimes be up to 40% chepaer than using Parcelforce directly. Glad I found this company.

Very efficient website. Labels are easy to print with clear packaging advice. Parcel was collected by a friendly driver and the recipient was notified that a parcel would be arriving. The parcel is destined for Australia and will take approximately a week. Hopefully it will arrive within the week.

Usual fast and efficient service to Toronto. However as with my previous parcel a few weeks ago, the addressee was expected to pick up from a depot. In the past, delivery has always been direct and this is what I thought I was paying for. I understand that there was no failed attempted delivery.

My Stepfather forgot his glass on his return to Portugal so i used PM to send them to Lisbon. Everthing was in order with size weight and paperwork. Started getting emails fromn Courier in Portugese that customs wanted more paperwork which we did and then we get a bill for 213 euros. PM have done NOTHING to help and have washed their hands of the siuation. Have reported then to Watchdog.
