DO NOT USE!!! Use a more reliable and genuine service. Like another courier. Parcel monkey took £52 more out my account for £10 delivery. They will just take money from your account and theres nothing you can do. Even if you are overdrawn. There is no customer service. Please avoid at all costs.

I used this to book a courier - because I used Parcelmonkey I got a free collection from the courier which was perfect and saved me having to drop it off. All for less money.

Always use parcel monkey for sending parcels to family in new Zealand. Never had an issue yet! Always the cheapest price available too!

Too many times now my express24 parcels have sat for 4 or 5 days on the post office floor waiting for collection. When I contact Parcel Monkey they dont care and do zero to help.

Do not use this company! They returned my parcel for no reason. On the system it looks like my parcel is now in the States at the wrong location but it isn’t it’s back at my address in London. They then charged me for another persons parcel because the dimensions did not match mine. No one is helping me I keep being passed around. I have now been changed over £120 and the parcel is still at my house!

VERY LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE INSIDE OF A DUCKS BACKSIDE BEFORE THEY ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. THEY PROTECT THE COUREIR BEFORE THE CUSTOMER.

very poor stayed in all day ,said they could not pick up the parcel as no one was in they never came had to take the parcel myself to parcel force in deeside. 20 pounds ripoff. the parcel was in front porch insde door open a big parcel..in clear view. no card or any notification just a 3 word email NO ONE IN what about refund

Brilliant - this is the second day the guy has picked up a really large parcel from me and he did so with a smile on his face! The price was competitive - in fact, cant beat parcel monkey for finding the best price. Ive had others quote me much more - and the service is always brilliant - in fact, havent had a problem yet in ten years of trading with ebay - wish I could say the same about other platforms. Thanks parcel monkey! Good job.

Item arrive damaged in March 2022 .. insured delivery.. item not on exclusion list .. raised claim … now we are in May still waiting to here..shocking overall customer service, slow to respond.. looking to try an escalate compliant. Avoid !!!!!

I always use Parcel Monkey when posting parcels to my son in Canada. They are, by far, the best prices around. The website is easy to navigate and I particularly appreciate the ease of tracking the parcel’s progress. Highly recommend

Been battling nearly 8 weeks with this company same reply sorry for inconvenience cause we are looking into the matter . Finally I get this one which really is hilarious Hi ***** Hope you are fine. As per courier: This parcel was not found in our Hub or PARC . I have now requested for the dispatch manifest so I can raise an investigation with the EMS team . I apologised for the inconvenience caused . . Please be advised that we can only accommodate your request for a refund once the parcel has been delivered. ******** This battle with them has been ongoing since MARCH its lost how can you refund when a lost item is delivered!!!
