The service was quick and easy to use and a competitive price. I chose Parcel Force as I could drop the package off at the local Post Office. It arrived in Brussels in a reasonable time but theyve had it for a week now, but that is outside your control.

Really bad experience. Have sent 2 parcels with this company and both have gone wrong. One parcel went to the wrong address and the second parcel was apparently internally audited and found to be overweight. They then would accept a photograph of the product been weighed or a manufacturers data sheet stating the weight. Apparently I needed to have taken a picture of the product with the address label on it amongst a number of other obscure evidence criteria like sending a photograph of the product being measured dimensionally despite no grievance been reported in this regard. Fabricated and fraudulent charges to try and profiteer in my opinion. Stay clear!

I have used Parcel Monkey many times to deliver to Zambia from the UK. Delivery is as said and have had no issues. Would recommend.

Ill try to be balanced, when everything is ok this company / website works ok and can provide a reasonable service for occasional shipping. If you are sending stuff frequently you are much better off registering for an account direct with your chosen courier, anyone can do this. Where Parcel Monkey totally suck is when something goes wrong. For example an issue with a courier or a lost parcel. The only contact you have is via an online system and no means of escalation. Operators of said system do not read the chat history and continually ask for information they already have, meanwhile you have the expected recipients of the parcel getting impatient and thinking you dont care! I had a major problem with a shipment of about 20 parcels booked via Parcel Monkey last year, granted the initial issue was with the courier not Parcel Monkey but they were hopeless at dealing with the issue or escalating in any way, basically they did nothing at all to help. It cost me a lot of time and money to sort the problem out. Parcel Monkey are happy to take their commission and their sales side of the website is strong, but when something happens ( which it can frequently can with couriers ) you are left with a weak middleman that doesnt care. Against my better judgement I started using them again recently as it suited me to do so for a short period... Guess what?! First issue I have and I get the same run around... My fault, I should have known better than to come back. I am writing this to warn others. 90% of reviews will be good because 90% of the time couriers get it right, Ive sent over 300 parcels in the last 12 months so have experience the good and the bad. When its bad youll wish youd not used this company...

Parcel Monkey were recommended to me by Amazon UK to handle the return of a TV. They were brilliant. They gave me the option to choose which carrier and complete everything simply online. Would highly recommend them.

Had to organise a pick up of an item of clothing I’d left at a conference, it was difficult to arrange a suitable time on the or three end so the courier had to try multiple times and they fit it sorted in the end. Good service and good price.

Absolute nightmare experience. 1, First got a a price of £18 for a parcel of 17.5Kg to Slovakia with dpd. When I filled in the form (with all the codes for the food items I was sending) with the address I was sending to (which took about 1 hr) I was told the destination was not availble with dpd at £18 but I would have to send it with Parcelforce for £33!!!. I had to fill the form again (which took another 1hr for ParcelForce). I tracked the parcel. It took 10 days to get stuck in Bratislava Post Office Customs where they refused to clear it for another 1 week and pay Customs Duty of 35 euros (for Indian food items!!!!!) The addresssee had to physically go to Bratislava to pick up the parcel. Never again!!! Dont use ParcelMonkey or Parcelforce- they are cons!!!

Bit disappointed the service I used said 4 days but it is now over a week and still not delivered. I know this was to the Netherlands I think you should be more realistic with your delivery times. Wont use this service again will look for a door to door service.

Ordered and paid for a UPS pick up and shipment through ParcelMonkey. Not only is their customer service absolutely awful, does not message back or only sends automatic responses BUT ALSO their connection to UPS seems extremely dodgy. I had to contact UPS as my parcel did not get picked up and it seemed like they did not know about it. UPS then promised me my parcel would be picked up the same day BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED! I know need to pay for another delivery service. As this is a business delivery this delay causes me financial damages. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE

Parcel posted to Poland on 14 May ‘22 with a 3-5 day delivery. To date (2/6/22), parcel still not arrived. Latest tracking info says “exported” but still not “in delivery country”.

Booked and paid in the morning for same day pick up and waited all day. The following morning when I queried I was told the next pick up slot available was 4 days later. Basically lost a week and person in chat I was trying to resolve things with just pointed at t&c and that was that. A flexible way after messing up would have been to try and ring courier to make an exception but response was rigid and robotic.

After having a parcel sent back from Spain when using Royal Mail due to some unknown reason, I re-sent the parcel using Parcel Monkey. Found a reasonably priced courier service (Parcelforce), arranged details online, dropped parcel off at local P.O. and yesterday heard parcel delivered with no problems. Will definitely use again.

Avoid as possible Hermes driver did not collect the parcel had to arrange another driver and request refund which had to chase for 1 week.

The courier did not leave a collection note and Amazon had no information about the collection and the package was delivered to the wrong place. I had to prove to Amazon that the collection took place. I was lucky that the front door camera registered it! Not happy at all!
