Avoid. Late delivery and no compensation. I was sold a service to deliver my parcel in 3-4 days but it took 9 days, by which time the the recipient had moved, so I lost the my item as well as costs of shipping. Horrible experience Parcel monkey.

Second day in a row collection booked and no one came to collect, when talking to customer service reps they blame the courier company,they have taken over £100 from our account but no pick up no delivery absolute JOKE. NEVER AGAIN

If you use Parcel Monkey you are in a good chance to be ripped off with fake additional charges which usually happen after your shipment is delivered and never before. They would debit your account and only after they took your money they will send you invoice and email saying their partner claimed dimensions you have provided during booking were inaccurate and therefore you have to pay additional charge. They dont accept PayPal and one of the reasons is that if you pay by PaypPal you can prevent them from doing this. Once you provide them with your card details they are in your pocket. Once you complain they will politely ignore any of your proofs and assurances you have provided correct details during booking process. They wont provide you with any proof for their claim (as naturally they dont have one ) and every time you send message via chat or email it will be picked up by another person. Not worth using them as thinking you will save few £ will actually make spend more and youll get lots of headache. Only way is to speak to your bank and recover money they tried to steal from you.

After booking my overnight/next day parcel in with Parcel Monkey, the paperwork and details arrived via email in no time. I attached the labels to the box and awaited the next step. I received no notification as to when the parcel would be collected the next day, so spent a few hours awaiting the collection. Once the courier from DX arrived, a photo was taken of the box and it was loaded into the van. This was the last I saw of my parcel and heard no updates. As the parcel was now in the hands of DX couriers, PM had little more to do than wait for updates from DX - updates which never arrived. The brief service I have received from PM was good, they provided the service of booking my parcel in, but the overall experience has been poor as my parcel is now lost, considered gone!

Despite paying £54 for express delivery, no one at Parcel Monkey is able to tell me where my parcel is. It has now been weeks and I have yet to speak to someone who actually cares about my issue! I will never recommend Parcel Monkey again which is quite sad because on previous occasions they were OK.

I must have sent hundreds of parcels through this company. Generally everything arrives and thats fine. However any time there is an issue it is never their fault. If items are broken in transit there is no recompense as apparently they are only contracted to get the items delivered. However when items arent delivered its not their fault either. Everything is dealt with in an impersonal manner and I have simply lost patience with dealing with them. There is no attempt at creating a business relationship and I find it a truly frustrating experience. I am moving directly to the couriers, they are cheaper and you can speak to a person.

I booked and paid for a package in good faith. I took it to the indicated drop-off point. There, I was told that the courier co. had not picked up from that shop for a week and they had no room for another package. I see it as outrageous that the courier co. accepted the booking, knowing as they must that something is very wrong with their operation in the area. It borders on outrageous that ParcelMonkey, taking money given in good faith, would not be AWARE that this courier company is having difficulty in this area -- a difficulty that adversely affects their own service and reputation. I found myself on a wild goose chase (in poor heatlh) and even so have had to delay the package over the weekend. Frustrating. Let down.

Very poor service .the courier totally smashed up my item which was well packed in 2 boxes gave them all the photo evidence and message from overseas buyer which they asked for. Told have to wait for 30 day for courier to get back to them. I didnt deal with the courier I dealt with parcel Monkey and the parcel was insured.
