very poor stayed in all day ,said they could not pick up the parcel as no one was in they never came had to take the parcel myself to parcel force in deeside. 20 pounds ripoff. the parcel was in front porch insde door open a big parcel..in clear view. no card or any notification just a 3 word email NO ONE IN what about refund

Brilliant - this is the second day the guy has picked up a really large parcel from me and he did so with a smile on his face! The price was competitive - in fact, cant beat parcel monkey for finding the best price. Ive had others quote me much more - and the service is always brilliant - in fact, havent had a problem yet in ten years of trading with ebay - wish I could say the same about other platforms. Thanks parcel monkey! Good job.

Booked a parcel with DPD to be delivered, parcel was collected and never delivered, parcelmonkey now won’t open a claim as my customer can’t supply photos of something he never received

Item arrive damaged in March 2022 .. insured delivery.. item not on exclusion list .. raised claim … now we are in May still waiting to here..shocking overall customer service, slow to respond.. looking to try an escalate compliant. Avoid !!!!!

I always use Parcel Monkey when posting parcels to my son in Canada. They are, by far, the best prices around. The website is easy to navigate and I particularly appreciate the ease of tracking the parcel’s progress. Highly recommend

Been battling nearly 8 weeks with this company same reply sorry for inconvenience cause we are looking into the matter . Finally I get this one which really is hilarious Hi ***** Hope you are fine. As per courier: This parcel was not found in our Hub or PARC . I have now requested for the dispatch manifest so I can raise an investigation with the EMS team . I apologised for the inconvenience caused . . Please be advised that we can only accommodate your request for a refund once the parcel has been delivered. ******** This battle with them has been ongoing since MARCH its lost how can you refund when a lost item is delivered!!!

I thought this is the time to write a review based on the last few experiences Good 1) They are relatively cheaper than others. 2) If you come on the lucky side, the item gets delivered and happy days. Bad 1) Customer service is ok-ish certain times but terrible sometimes. 2) By any chance, if you end up with Jason at parcel monkey for queries, then your bad times started. He will not help you first of all and then gives false information about what is published on their website. When you book a Parcelforce international economy, there is no definite date they will give you because it is expected to be slow delivery. But with parcel monkey you need to open a claim within 10 days otherwise, you are not eligible for a claim. Basically, they will find some loopholes not to award the compensation even if the courier messed it up to your package. Generally, with Parcelforce for international deliveries, you cant open a claim within 30 days, I dont have a clue why parcel monkey needs the claim to be opened within 10 days. If you try to open a claim on the 8th day, they will advise you it is too early as well. Total chaos tbh. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

On the morning of the day of collection, I received an email informing me the courier would collect between 15:00 - 17:00. 17:00 came and went. I thought the courier had been delayed. But the courier didn’t show. The next morning I followed the link ParcelMonkey had sent for status updates only to discover a message that said “the courier has informed us you no longer need your parcel collected” an obvious lie. I’ve rebooked collection for today. Let’s see if they turn up!

Customer service is very fast at responding. Unfortunately not particularly helpful as everything in in the hands of the couriers they use which unfortunately appear to be unable to carry out the simple tasks they are paid to do.

One star is very generous. I felt compelled to visit to let people know about my experience with this company. I sent my parcel to a pick up point for delivery to new york, usa with a deadline of 2-3 days via this company. I tried to track it from the day, i left the pick up point and when i looked there was no tracking information at any time online. I messaged the company daily and each day was told reassuringly each day that my parcel would be picked up and dpd had not got back to them with an update. 7 days later i phoned the parcel pick up point who confimed that my parcel was still at the store the same place i had left it a week earlier. It was too late to be delivered, my business transaction was impossible to fulfil and to say im deflated is an understatement. From day 3, I asked for the matter to be esculated to a manager but this fell on deaf ears. I now have to cancel any collection. I have learnt my lesson and will never use this or any company like this again. I will update, as I have now had great financial losses due to deadlines not being met. I dont want a apology from someone wanting to protect the reputation of your company - I want a written apology from senior management and financial compensation for losses.
