I used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel via Parcel Force a week ago. Paid for the 24 hour service and all seemed well until Parcelforce lied and said nobody answered the door. Two people were at home at the time, both listening out. They just shoved a card though and left. Maybe they were not hitting delivery or collection targets or something. Who knows. Fact is, parcel monkey didn’t want to know. I informed them of what happened and they did help rearrange the deliver but had no interest in the fact that I had paid for a 24 hour service I didn’t get. Jay said it wasn’t in their policy to refund because of delays. As such, it isn’t in my policy to use them again.

Generally, always good and I am a regular customer. Often, when things go wrong, this show the level of customer service. A parcel was not delivered by Parcelforce, allegedly after a number of attempts. Deliveries been made to same address many times with no problems. Now returned to Parcelforce and I am required to pay an additional sum to get the parcel back a week later. I questioned that Parcelforce have caused the problem, having delivered there with no problem previously. No real effort being made about this and just the standard replies.....Bit rubbish, sadly!

I used Parcel Monkey to deliver a large parcel, which was very reasonably priced, in fact the cheapest that I found. The parcel was delivered quickly and I would definitely use them again.

Needed a shipment quick to Saint Martin. I have a UPS account but they quoted 7 days. Parcel Monkey said 3 days. It’s been 7 days and still not in Saint Martin. I complained and was told sorry its in the small print that it could take a lot longer….wish I’d used my UPS account! Rubbish misleading service for business…maybe ok if you’re sending a present but business, no!

dpd returned my parcel back to me after I was led to believe that they would deliver my parcel to the address that I wanted it go to. £39.66 wasted! I would not recommend any of these services to anyone. I will be more than happy to update my review if I receive a full refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They collected a parcel from my house in December that should have taken 5 days to deliver to Chile.Not only has it STILL not arrived at its destination , despite numerous messages to Parcel Monkey on a weekly basis, they are STILL not in a position to refund the cost of postage or the loss of the parcel as they gave not had confirmation from Parcel Force that it has been lost..SERIOUSLY. so I have had to refund my buyer and have also lost the item posted. Appalling service will never use again.

Booking system very easy to use collected on schedule. However you are given options with different prices for carrier. I paid over £75 for university books to be delivered Stated 3 to 4 days it is now 10 days and no sign of them. Still waiting for follow up from customer service as well

I tried the Parcel2. Company a month ago and had nothing but problems, so opted for parcel monkey, everything went smoothly, so it will now be my first choice comparison option.

Overall good service. Only criticism I have that they dont give you time for collection or deliver as with most of the companyes give you 2 hour slot then you dont have to wait for someone 8 am -6pm, people who are not working from home or cant be at home all day this big issue.
My parcel was collected just before 5 and delivered next day safely. Happy with service

Ive not heard from the recipient so guessing delivery went OK. Parcelmonkey website easy to nagivate. Cheaper than Parcelforce direct ???? will continue to use Parcelmonkey for sure

Your site is easy to use and the prices are good. We used to use Interparcel but we’ve migrated to you now. The only slow part of the service is having to wait for the label.

Unable to track parcel once dropped off in post office for parcel force. Tracking number would not show any info on either parcel monkey or parcel force. Very bad considering I needed to be able to track, hence paying for the service.

I send quite a few large parcels per month. I have found ParcelMonkey to be consistently good with regards to pricing & quality of operation. Have tried other vendors who were by comparison disappointing. Hence recommend ????????✅????

The worst stressful expensive experience I’ve ever had i had x4 parcels worth over £500 pounds i paid extra for 24hour guaranteed delivery with full insurance to post to my customers they only collected x3 on 16/03/2022 & then they delivered them all to the wrong address they lost them in Canterbury Kent after 13 days of stressful confusing emails from parcel monkeys dashboard customer service all different people saying different things & demanding proof of postage & me trying to explain myself over & over again they had the cheek to charge me £17:57 for the return of each parcel but I’d already paid them £67:00 pounds for the original postage labels then i only received x2 parcels back on the 30th March & they lost the 3rd parcel worth £200 pounds so I’ve had to refund all of my customers who never received there items plus i had to refund them there full postage costs & parcel monkey refused to accept any blame although they also changed the courier 3 times & changed the labels 3 times plus charged me for 4 failed delivery’s plus 3 parcels they lost they cost me a fortune & they also caused me & my family so much anxiety stress sleepless nights & they don’t even have a contact number I’ll never use parcel monkey again this company is a scam they take your money without your consent & then bribe you to pay them double for each parcel they lose they steal your money & give you false hope saying you may receive your lost parcels back but you have to pay us again avoid this company they should not be allowed to trade as they are involved in a massive money making scam shame on parcel monkey they are a nightmare I’ve received no compensation no refund I’m massively out of pocket & they waisted 15 days of my life how can these people at parcel monkey be allowed to get away with stealing parcels & stealing my money please be aware there’s a massive risk you’ll lose everything Iff you ever use parcel monkey

Quick and efficient
It was extremely easy to book a door to door collection and delivery of a large parcel and for a really good price. It was delivered extremely quickly as well. Only downside there was not update on my account of the parcel being delivered. Other than that I will always be using parcel monkey from now on

Still think parcelmonkey provide some good prices. But all the add ons they offer seem to make things expensive.

I paid for global priority. The parcel was weighed and measured accurately - A week later I receive an email telling me the parcel is heavier and a further charge was made. My parcel still hasnt reached its destination! I have no idea where in the world it is and cannot get any response from parcel monkey. Definitely do not recommend and I certainly would never use again. Appalling service!

I received an email from Parcel Monkey Uk 31st March asking for a review. All I can give is one star because the parcel I sent has not yet reached its destination in Malta. It should have got there by the 30th March. Once at its destination I can give a positive review.
