I booked and paid for a package in good faith. I took it to the indicated drop-off point. There, I was told that the courier co. had not picked up from that shop for a week and they had no room for another package. I see it as outrageous that the courier co. accepted the booking, knowing as they must that something is very wrong with their operation in the area. It borders on outrageous that ParcelMonkey, taking money given in good faith, would not be AWARE that this courier company is having difficulty in this area -- a difficulty that adversely affects their own service and reputation. I found myself on a wild goose chase (in poor heatlh) and even so have had to delay the package over the weekend. Frustrating. Let down.

Very poor service .the courier totally smashed up my item which was well packed in 2 boxes gave them all the photo evidence and message from overseas buyer which they asked for. Told have to wait for 30 day for courier to get back to them. I didnt deal with the courier I dealt with parcel Monkey and the parcel was insured.

still waiting for my international parcel to arrive in the country after taking it to the post office on 14th April and its now 23rd - it took 5 days to get to the Tonbridge depot - wont be using parcelforce again

2-3days delivery to Poland and it is now day 11 and parcel monkey are asking me to describe the parcel so it can be found at the depot, It had all the correct documents and labels on so how its been lost I do not know, Worst service ever will not be using again, Stay away

Please avoid this company, Fraud !! check their facebook, twitter, full of angry customers, I regret using them, they took my money and they didn’t give me any invoice order or label to print, contact them by live chat for days (cause this is the only way that you can contact them), the agent keep saying the same thing, sorry for the delay without any actual action to resolve the problem. Please refund my money back!!

Most inconvenience was about the box for writing the distinction address. They didnt accept more than 2 words. It was awful. Please do something about it oradd more boxes as second line and third line of address please.
The price was great.
Online chat was available but discounted every 3 minutes.

When the package received by Hong Kong, they found Our parcel have a little hole from carton box outside into my goods, unfortunately, they found at least 10 bags had a hole (broken)

Everytime I purchase shipping I then have to wait hours to access my account and print the label, it happens every single time, error 502 constantly, paid for my shipping at 22.44 and still sat here at 03.20am trying to access my account to print my labels for the courier coming today! Its just ridiculous.

Needed to return a rug, 9.72 kg and required a carrier that would achieve this safely and tracked. Arrived today and although was 48 hr delivery took extra day due to PH.
Pleased with service and cost including insurance.
