Excellent service. Arrived in Spain 5 days later. The downside was that the recipient had to pay €30 even though the parcel was a gift and valued at only £70.

Used DDP service through Parcel Monkey. I contacted Parcel Monkey support a month after the package was supposed to arrive. No effort had been made from Parcel Monkey to contact me to rectify the issue. No apology came until I called them out for ignoring reasonable questions and trying to gloss over their culpability. The issue I had presumed was to do with their failure to pass on commodity description information despite my providing it through multiple means. However, after providing them again with all the information, almost a week later the item hasn’t arrived and I get an update allowing me the opportunity to begin the drawn out process of making a claim. So, I’m still not sure if they have the item or have lost it, as they are giving mixed messages. And now, 6 weeks later, I have to go through their claims process which is a hassle. A service fitting of their name.

worse shipping service. I had booked shipping with Parcel Monkey on the 10th of Feb and my parcel was collected and shipped on the 11th of Feb, I havent still received the parcel and its has been more than 10 days, there is no update from the delivery company. During booking it was shown that the item would arrive in 4-6 days and will be shipped by air, there has been no updates after 11th. Will never use Parcel Monkey to ship anything again.

Absolute garbage company, quick to take your money and provide no information as to why you have to wait in from 8am to six pm and no one turns up. and then you have to wait three to five days to get your money back while its making interest in their bank account. Go direct to parcel force or better still use ups.

Rubbish. I use them for work, they offer very little protection if the courier is to come back with extra charges. I always make 100% sure i put the correct dimensions in & round up to the nearest one to avoid this, but theyre sneaky. PM have a lost a customer that sent 4+ parcels a day with them due to this & they didnt seem to give a toss when i said id take my custom to another courier. Avoid them, they really are con artists.

easy website to navigate, labels get emailed when order is confirmed courier details all clear and gives a good idea of the prices of the different couriers around the UK. I wouldn’t stick to pick up times but they have never been late, always before the latest time they give.
Good if you need extra cover for laptops.

They constanly find a way of charging extra claiming there was a discrepancy with the parcel details provided no matter how accurate you provide the informations. It really force you to to take photo evidence before booking any shipment with them.
