The parcel Monkey service was easy to use for posting family items to my sister in Canada. Following the online guide was easy, I liked being able to drop in and out. The only tricky bit was the custom form. But helpful hints got me through.

I’m very happy with how Eshna from Parcel Monkey personally handled an issue I had with DHL losing track of a package. I received all but one package shipping from Michigan to Great Britain. Eshna asked for a description of the package which I gave her in addition to photos. Shortly afterwards my package was found and I received it the next day.

Parcrcelmonkey confirmed it would collect tyres. I arranged the courier who refused to collect tyres as they say they don’t collect tyres.. parcelmonkey rebooked collection…round in circles.. hopeless company so cancelled. What a load of rubbish…

Very good service. Just a bit confusing when I was sent emails saying my parcel was going to be delivered to me when in fact I had sent it through you to be delivered somewhere else.
But apart from that it was an excellent service. Thank you.

Once again Parcel Monkey have delivered. The delivery company comparison site is easy to navigate, plenty of options that give much more price point options than going direct to the delivery companies. The Post Office wanted £20 to send a parcel by Parcel Force with no options but I was able to purchase the same Parcel Force delivery for £10 due to options in weight, dimensions and variable insurance. I have seen that Parcel Monkey get a lot of flack when the parcels are lost not delivered etc. I think people need to remember it is a delivery COMPARISON website NOT a delivery company. Issues with delivery need to be taken up directly with the delivery company. Keep the good work up Parcel Monkey .

This is the first time I have sent a large parcel through parcel force and used Parcel Monkey. Very impressed with it and easy to measure and work out cost.. Parcel was sent and received with no problems.

Parcel Monkey failed to provide the correct documentation for the consignment to be delivered. It has therefore not met its obligation of delivery as contracted. It remains to be seen how this is rectified and the contract is to be fulfilled by delivery of the consignment.

Parcel was meant to be delivered in 2-4 days but took 6 working days. An additional £15 was then taken without permission or warning from my account because my package was allegedly (no proof given on their part) 1kg over weight, even though it was weighed in at UNDER weight at home AND at the post office on drop-off. When I contacted them to query this I was simply told "give us a photo of your parcel with the full label on, on the scales, showing the weight" as if this is something anyone would think to do. At no stage was I advised to do so. They did not offer me proof of weight from the courier (you should have to prove why youre taking funds from my account, not the other way around), did not offer to speak to the courier, and did not offer me any good will despite me being a longtime regular customer. They were short and impersonal in their response and didnt even offer an apology for the late delivery or inconvenience. Just all around awful customer service and I ended up paying £60 to send a small package 3 days late. They take your money and accept 0 responsibility for what happens after that. Simply wont use again.
