No problems at all. Three parcels booked for separate days and courier arrived as planned each time.
Easy to book and see options available and definitely seem cheaper than booking direct with a courier.

A company of thieves, no morals who do not care about their customers. Any company that refuses to have a phone number should ring alarm bells. I advise you to close their page and go direct to a courier. parcelmonkey have sent me on a runaround for 16weeks. They sold me insurance at an additional £20 to cover my parcel - value of £995. simply they in partnership with DX collected the parcel. transported it to Cambridge at that point it vanished. I chased it up after it sat in Cambridge for 4 days on a 24 hour delivery. only to be told it cant be found. it took 4 weeks before Parcelmonkey allowed me to make an insurance claim. then they stated it would take 8 weeks for them to Investigate. After 12 weeks the outcome of the investigation is that there is no proof the parcel was ever collected ( even though this was provided by DX tracking ) and that DX do not insure second hand parcels. I did not pay DX to insure this parcel , I paid parcelmonkey to insure it I had no knowledge of who the courier was going to be as such parcelmonkey should standby the I surance they sold , gave them a full description of the parcel which was acceptable when they were receiving the pound notes. this company is a complete joke and I will be pushing for watchdog to have a little episode on their incompetence. I urge all others experiencing the same theft to do the same the more investigation requests they get the more likely they are to make them famous for their incompetence. sadly parcelmonkey you have not got rid of me that easily ! Pay me back my £995 plus the courier charges you charged me £150 and I will leave you alone. Till then we will keep emailing each other.

I used Parcel Monkey UK to send a parcel to a UK address. Simple to use, and almost the cheapest that I could find.
Parcel taken to our local Post Office on a Friday afternoon. Receipt and tracking number provided. Parcel delivered the following Monday morning.
Job done.

Speedy service and great communication. Easy to purchase, easy to get hold of when I needed to change delivery. They were straight onto the courier who contacted the people receiving our parcels to arrange a convenient drop off time.

PLEASE EVERYONE, DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!!!! Used recently, a parcel force driver collected the parcel, he measured the box with me and said all was fine. I then got an email to say all was well and it had been delivered. Fast forward two weeks, Ive just been charged a further £52 without any warning whatsoever. I received an email shortly after to say theyve charged me as the dimensions were incorrect and with no way of contacting other than sending a message. Funny that, because the driver even measured it with me and there was no evidence attached (obviously) nor did they say anything once it had been delivered - in fact I received an email to say everything was fine. This money has now left my account, as mentioned without authorisation or warning and I now dont have enough only for my bills. Utter scumbags and I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of them! Ive never used these guys before and it is the last!!

On Thursday last week we booked a collection for Friday, and the courier called on Friday to say they werent going to collect as they didnt have a label. After paying £46 for a next day service, as the item needed to be delivered by Monday, this is not good enough. The last collection we booked was also not collected on the day stated - poor service level.

I used this service to post an expensive guitar, after googling "guitar couriers" Got a price for postage, which was reasonable, was told how to package the guitar.......... sold the guitar. Great. However when it came to pay for the postage, turns out guitars are a banned item, sure you can post, as long as you don`t need compensating if things go wrong. As the guitar was in a hard case with multiple bubble wrap and carboard, I proceeded. Not sure anyway why it`s acceptable for a courier (Parcelforce, in this case) to charge £26 and accept no responsibility for loss or damage. Other than that I was happy, sort of, plus the guitar was delivered safely!

Waited in all day for courier which was a no show. Messaged the company to which was told “ best we can do is to get it collected tomorrow “ I then asked for a smaller time frame as I didn’t want to stay in again all day and that is paid for a 24 hour delivery which now won’t happen so would like compensation to which I was told “ Unfortunately, due to the limited information provided by the couriers, we are unable to request or provide more specific time windows for collections, only the actual date of collection. Also, we have no way of tracking the location of the drivers. The drivers also have no scheduled collection list we can request from the carrier that would help us determine which location they are going to be at in a certain time frame. Unfortunately, we wont be able to compensate you for the missed collection/delay.” Put it this way I won’t be using them again!! Paid for a service that wasn’t supplied. Very dissatisfied

They advertise things theyre no willing to do. They have collected my parcel to send to Venezuela and after 15 days wasting time sending then document requirement they say the company Courier cant deliver my parcel. then I have to pay £27 pounds to return the parcel to my house when the did the mistake accepting the parcel. Avoid using this company at all if you dont want to waste time and been disappointed.

Booked two collection from the same address Both collections were not done which I had to waste more time to rebook And then I was charged 2x for that! WTH?? No way to contact these clowns.. I’ll stick to parcel to go which side been my go to for the last 10years and I’ve never had a problem with them..
