I bought, what I thought was an expensive postal package, to send my friend in Tasmania a gift. OK, so I missed the postal deadline in respect to Christmas, however was informed that it would reach Tasmania on the 5th January 2022. Given it was the 17th December, I was content at that. I then had issues with printing off the label, and it would not print out. It had cost just over £30 from memory, including insurance. I could not then get through to anyone at customer services, no matter how I tried. I was on the phone waiting for over an hour. In the end I paid for another service from you. Ironically, the same service but without insurance. Dont ask me why I paid again for a poor service. Clearly I will not be making that mistake again, and neither should anyone else for that matter! The parcel in question, I posted out on the 17th December 2022 arrived with my friend on the 18th January 2022. Thirteen days later than expected!! I am just over £30 out of pocket from having to pay TWICE for an ineffective delivery service. I will be phoning you tomorrow to request a refund for the first botched attempt owing to issues at your end, not mine. Nevermind the substandard experience overall. You have some work to do to improve your overall service delivery...however Im confident you know your companies shortfall.

After returning a parcel, we were contacted and told that the item was damaged. The parcel was not handed carefully and so the people we bought the parcel from would not give us a refund. Be careful when using parcel monkey as their delivery services damage your item.

Sent a parcel though parcel monkey browser and parcel force, it has passed 3 weeks and neither of them are taking responsibility nor helping to get the parcel delivered. Do not go to them to save couple of pounds

We have used parcel monkey for a few years now to send parcels to our daughter in Paris, excellent service, a bit more paperwork now since Brexit but still great value for money. We would certainly recommend them.

Pick-up was timely and unproblematic. We had chosen this service because it promised to deliver within 24 hours, which it did NOT. Picked up on Friday, arrived Monday. Would have preferred the delivery to arrive on the day promised.

Not really your fault I’m giving one star- apart from the cost. Had to return a poor quality product at my OWN expense to whitestores.co.uk take note, suggest don’t use! Cost £26 for the privilege of viewing their poor product! They recommended parcel monkey so association is not great.

Good website and competitive prices,labels available very quickly and the account page updates fast too--all good UNTIL a problem arises. Two 24hr deliveries in the past 3 weeks (one still ongoing) that have not arrived for 3-5 days and no specific info from customer services despite requests. Fortunately the 1st eventually did arrive and the 2nd Ive now located in a ParcelForce depot and hope this will be delivered in the next 2 days. I did ask about compensation for the 1st one given that Id paid extra for a 24hr service and it took 5 days--but received no answer. So in short-if all goes well youll be happy and at a reasonable cost too-IF theres a problem (or worse the parcels lost) dont expect much help. However having dealt with other couriers Im going to say you could do better but also a lot worse! Id give them 4 out of 10

Right, the usual story. Things go well, everyones happy...until you hit the first issue. Delayed parcel? Hah, just read the small print! They obviously not responsible, nor will refund you because why would a 24hrs service mean a day, or two? 5 days, and so what? Its in the terms and the usual "it is what it is". Off you go. No matter even if you lose business and money. Sh!t happens, they say. Do yourself a favour, look around, theres plenty of alternatives out there - no guarantee theyre any better though.
