On the page it says that parcel will be delivered in 3 days. Sent it 24.01, today is 31.01, the addressee is still waiting for it, no idea how long he will be waiting.

Cheap and easy to use - had no problems.

Perfect, very convenient to do everything from home and just drop off our parcel when convenient for us.
The only negative was to be actually able to find a right place in the Morrisons.
The description from the Parcel Monkey was quite poor and the shop (Timpson I believe) didnt have any visible sign of providing Express drop off service so it was a bit of puzzle to find it.
But since I know how to do it, I will definitely se the service again!

Parcel Monkey UK are very helpful and quick to get a quotation from all the major UK courier companies. They explain the process very comprehensively, making the act of sending a parcel very easy indeed. Also get to plant a tree on each transaction as well! What is not to like.

Used Parcelmonkey quite a lot. Good, intuitive website. No problems at all, and it saves using multiple sites. The dashboard is very clear too, helping you to see previous deliveries etc.

No one showed up even after I tried to arrange the collection again multiple times. As a service this is pointless. I could have arrange this directly with the company.

The package was collected on Wednesday so I expected it to be delivered on Thursday as with the other package I sent but it did not get delivered until Friday.

Put onto Parcel Monkey by The Book Buyer - found it significantly cheaper through Parcel Monkey than direct to Parcel Force - easy to book and print out the provided label - then trot down to the Post Office and off it goes! Already recommended to several others!

I want to say how disappointed I am with your service. I sent the parcels on 14.12.2021 and it has not yet arrived at the address I submitted. I do not know where the necklaces are at the moment or when they will arrive if they arrive at all or why it is delayed so much given that the parcel monkey website says delivery from 5 to 10 days. Very frivolous attitude and this will be the last time I will use your parcel delivery service

Excellent. I needed to send a pair of expensive fishing rods across the country. Parcel Monkey actually had an info page on how to prepare and pack them and other useful know-how. There were only 2 carriers who would handle that length of package. I booked Parcelforce Xpress 48, an easy straightforward process. They were collected from home on Monday afternoon & delivered in Norfolk Wednesday afternoon, safe and sound. Not the first time Ive used ParcelMonkey, always been satisfied.

Very strange links to DPD. Booked pick up, and it said pick up, but then a few days passed with no pickup on the scheduled day or after, then I used tracking link, and it said the package hadn’t been dropped off yet. So I had to find a drop off point, which was not nearby.

As I am the sender and not the receiver I do not know if my parcels reach their destination in perfect condition but have used Parcel Monkey quite a few times, they arrive in good time and no one has ever complained. I am completely satisfied with the service.

My wife introduced me to Parcel Monkey, when I needed to return a bulky eBay item. The Post Office wanted around £17, but Parcel Monkey sorted me out for less than half.
Parcel Monkey will absolutely be my go-to from now on.

Paid for a 2 - 4 day delivery small parcel to New York with PM dpd . It actually took 8 days so not over impressed with the service

Be careful. Used this service. Pick up from the courier was fine. Very quick. What Parcel Monkey didnt make obvious is that they can apply after charges if your measurements arent EXTREMELY EXACT. I measured my paracel with a tape measure and weighed it on a scale to be sure I was quoting the correct dimensions and weight. However, a few days after delivery Ive been charged extra because my estimation didnt match with thier laser measurements. Just be aware you may be charged more than youre originally quoted unless you have high tech weighing and dimension machines at home.. and they add an admin charge on top of this too. Where is the admin in being told by the courier that the package didnt line up with the original quote and then sending an automated email to inform me of this!?
