Scooter got damaged being Transported both ways so not happy

Although easy to book, once I had posted the item, I went home and checked the tracking number. It had not registered that I had posted the item, which was worrying as I had posted an item I had sold, so had to message the purchaser to explain. The number wasn’t updated until the following day. Luckily, the purchaser was understanding. In future, I’ll just go straight to Royal Mail.

DO NOT USE. Parcel monkey are a scam. Admitted they lost my parcel, absolutely played me about chronically causing much stress, then refused to pay insurance claim, again them playing about. I’m having to report to trading standings and will take them to small claims court. Again DO NOT USE.

Never used it before and was a little skeptical but it worked very well. Absolutely no complaints. (I rarely respond to these surveys but when I think the product is A1 and I think it deserves it, I make the effort.)

I used DHL via Parcelmonkey to collect from an eBay seller and deliver to me. All good - speedy and efficient.
I had tried to book marginally cheaper offered services through Parcelmonkey - they had offered DX - but I couldn’t complete the booking and got the impression they only accept orders from businesses??

Not having used couriers previously somewhat sceptical about Parcel Monkey that in fact was totally unfounded as actually using them was a lot easier and more efficient than I had anticipated; great service and advice- would use again and recommend

I paid for insurance to ship a computer I had sold. Parcel Monkey delivered the item, but it was severely damaged. When I claimed for a refund, the Parcel Monkey refused to issue a refund citing terms and conditions. They have deliberately sold a service (the insurnace) and then not delivered on their commitment

Sent a parcel on 6th Jan intended for a 5-6 days delivery and as at 31st Jan, parcel is still missing. Tracking was delayed and then shows RTS barely 24hrs in the destination country. Parcelmonkey customer service repeatedly apologize for the delay without explanation. Now, parcel is still missing, fees paid yet no leading. Parcelmonkey is a fraud to avoid if you need your parcel.

Estimated delivery times are total lies. Waiting 10 days for a 2 day service that still hasn’t arrived yet. Took 5 days to even arrive in customs

Ive mixed feeling about this 1 star rating. Heres my story: This is my 1st time using Parcel Monkey (PM). It was recommended by a different company for returning a product. The website was very easy to use and the prices were competitive. Through PM I picked up a collection service from Courier. The two parcels were supposed to be picked up on Monday... Monday came and gone and no Courier. Tuesday and Wednesday were the same. Now heres the issue: Parcel Monkey says you should not contact Courier directly but rather go through them instead having made the purchase through them. So I contacted PM support and was promptly put to Nicholas - a very helpful agent. I explained my scenario and he apologised profusely for the delay and he re-printed my labels and said hed directly have a chat with Courier to ensure my collection is picked up next day (Thursday). Thursday and Friday came and went and still no Courier. I took myself back to customer support explaining my situation and asked for a refund for which the agent (now a very helpful Natalie) apologised and agreed to process. Heres my dilemma, the website is easy to use and their agents are clearly helpful but the concept (at least in my experience) fell flat on its face and I still have 2 parcels not picked up a week later. The problem for all I know could be with Courier however as PM has made it clear my queries should be directed to them instead; they sadly will have the bear the brunt of this review and I hope similar scenarios like this do not happen in the future.

Not Parcel Monkeys fault. Parcel was sent via Parcel Force on Express 48. But took a week (168 hours instead of 48).

**** ! Was told delivery next day on the site and take to the post office, when i got there they said its parcel force and would not be picked up until tomorrow Basically lost £13 and had to take a 100 mile round trip to drop off SHOCKING!!!!!

Shipping parcel from UK to USA. Price was good, no issues in regards to shipping, was able to track as normal through chosen company site. Efficiently provided the service that was advertised, no complaints. Will choose to acquire shipping through ParcelMonkey again in the future.

AWFUL SERVICE AVOID. I ususlayy use them forsending parcels but they are aweful . Consignment PM10095308 was sent on 8th of December 2021 and was not delivered till 26th of Jan 2022 . i inquired with them and they said it will be returned to me . It has not and customer was refunded . Now the parcel was delivered on 27th of Jan . they do not care and does not offer any compensation . they keep misleading customers and provide false information . there Customer service agenst are useless ,. Will never use them again

I sent books and chocolates to Uruguay. I filled in this information on the customs declaration form - so i wasnt trying to sneak anything in ! Anyway, i got a call from the recipient to say Courier had contacted them to go to the warehouse and personally authorise the destruction of the chocolates because it is a probibited item. My question is this: Why didnt someone pick this up before the parcel was collected from me - sending just the books would have been so much cheaper and would have averted disappointment!
