We delivered our parcel to a shop as instructed on December 11 — a Christmas present for our Mum in America. It sat stranded in a DPD depot until January when Parcel Monkey asked me to pay £12 to get it back. They ultimately delivered it for free. I asked for a refund — had to ask five times before they even agreed to a partial refund. They said I had "used the service" so would only refund 75%. Terrible terrible experience.

Great value and service. The website is also helpful in preparing the customs declaration details needed for import into EU countries.

This company showed me they have empathy and care about customer after my parcel was RTS due to invoice issue (Brexit issues). They refunded the cost of the shipment and response from their customer service was very prompt. Highly recommend.

Shocking customer service. Had my item damage in transit smashing the polystyrene protection and tearing the box making the item basically worthless with the damage it caused and they refused any liability before I even provied all the requested evidence. Whilst uploading the packaging photos they decided that the top of a box was how it was packaged before I finished uploading and blamed it on me. Contacted customer services who said they couldnt help me and refused flat out to give me contact details to write formal complaint. Told me there is nothing they can do and not give me any details or help in a complaint as they denied my request for compensation before all evidence was provided. Absolutely shocking customer service and a corrupt compensation procedure. Wouldnt even rate them one star.

Parcel arrived late over 10 later than it should so not value for money at all It was expensive anyway so will be reluctant to use again when posting anything important . Shame as customer service was good but gave no reason for delay.xpuld be much improved.

I was presented with prices for Parcel Force 48 hrs Collection at the start of the process. By the end of the process I was presented with much higher prices. misrepresentation.

No problems during transit of item , however once I had bought the P&P , I has to wait nearly 30 minutes to receive the label. This should be immediate on payment

We accurately weighed and measured our 36cm parcel, but after delivery they told us we had lied about the weight and dimensions, that the parcel was actually 6.6m long and many kg overweight, then took money from our account to cover the cost. They refused to reconsider because we had not had the foresight to take photos of the parcel on scales and with a tape measure on all 3 axis PRIOR to dispatch. The courier provided a photo of the parcel being automatically measured/weighed at their depot which clearly showed our parcel at a crazy angle on the conveyor belt which could only have been caused by another parcel stuck under it. Parcel Monkey still refused to refund the money taken from our account. Customer Service was utterly insulting. A terrible experience. We will never use this disreputable company again, and neither should you, as they steal your money and refuse to refund it by whatever justification they invent.

Although easy to book, once I had posted the item, I went home and checked the tracking number. It had not registered that I had posted the item, which was worrying as I had posted an item I had sold, so had to message the purchaser to explain. The number wasn’t updated until the following day. Luckily, the purchaser was understanding. In future, I’ll just go straight to Royal Mail.

DO NOT USE. Parcel monkey are a scam. Admitted they lost my parcel, absolutely played me about chronically causing much stress, then refused to pay insurance claim, again them playing about. I’m having to report to trading standings and will take them to small claims court. Again DO NOT USE.

I used DHL via Parcelmonkey to collect from an eBay seller and deliver to me. All good - speedy and efficient.
I had tried to book marginally cheaper offered services through Parcelmonkey - they had offered DX - but I couldn’t complete the booking and got the impression they only accept orders from businesses??

Not having used couriers previously somewhat sceptical about Parcel Monkey that in fact was totally unfounded as actually using them was a lot easier and more efficient than I had anticipated; great service and advice- would use again and recommend

I paid for insurance to ship a computer I had sold. Parcel Monkey delivered the item, but it was severely damaged. When I claimed for a refund, the Parcel Monkey refused to issue a refund citing terms and conditions. They have deliberately sold a service (the insurnace) and then not delivered on their commitment
