Do not use this company. They delivered a parcel clearly marked FRAGILEall over it and it arrived completely smashed. They took no responsibility for the breakage and blamed me for not insuring the parcel. Since when is insurance compulsory !!

All fine when item gets delivered, but when it goes wrong PM has absolutely no interest to sort out any problems, very poor service!!

Ive never used a parcel collection service before. This site was one of the first to hit my search. Its easy to follow. Does comparisons of providers. Provides the right and helpful documents and instructions. Hassle free. Im a happy customer.

The service offered said 3-5 days. So far tracking says it has gone from Bracknell to Basingstoke to Reading and “Delivered” (but not to The recipient in Australia) by 24th and nothing more has been logged. Where is it? Certainly not with our family member in Australia. Not good enough!

Ive used this service many times to send to Canada. Usually, parcels arrive within a few days but this time a delay of 2weeks. Not sure where the hold up was. I suspect problems in the UK before transit. Disappointing but fortunately not crucial to timing.

First time using them all very simple and easy and cheaper than I would otherwise have paid. Directed me to Parcelforce and will use them again when I next have a larger than usual parcel to send

Simples! I registered my parcel, left it at the post office that afternoon and my sister received it 1 week later. An excellent service. It as fast, efficent and good value for money. Fully tracked and secure. I will use again and fequently recommend this service.

My parcel was collected (in the UK) within 12 hours of my on-line confirmation and arrived at the NZ destination, as advertised, in 5 working days.
The cost was £70 ish which I think is very good value for sending a parcel to the other side of the world.

Horrific. Won’t be using the service again. I paid global express (5days) from UK to UAE. My items are sitting in dubai at customs apparently. After three weeks I started to enquire about my parcels. Was informed by parcel monkey that I needed to pay taxes and I have been informed. To which I haven’t I contacted customs who told me to the courier needs to release the packages and send me the tax info. I contacted parcel force they’re telling me to contact parcel monkey. On contacting them I’m told they can’t update me at the moment? Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re aware I need to pay taxes sent me the link or admit my parcels are lost and give me my insurance money!

I bought, what I thought was an expensive postal package, to send my friend in Tasmania a gift. OK, so I missed the postal deadline in respect to Christmas, however was informed that it would reach Tasmania on the 5th January 2022. Given it was the 17th December, I was content at that. I then had issues with printing off the label, and it would not print out. It had cost just over £30 from memory, including insurance. I could not then get through to anyone at customer services, no matter how I tried. I was on the phone waiting for over an hour. In the end I paid for another service from you. Ironically, the same service but without insurance. Dont ask me why I paid again for a poor service. Clearly I will not be making that mistake again, and neither should anyone else for that matter! The parcel in question, I posted out on the 17th December 2022 arrived with my friend on the 18th January 2022. Thirteen days later than expected!! I am just over £30 out of pocket from having to pay TWICE for an ineffective delivery service. I will be phoning you tomorrow to request a refund for the first botched attempt owing to issues at your end, not mine. Nevermind the substandard experience overall. You have some work to do to improve your overall service delivery...however Im confident you know your companies shortfall.

After returning a parcel, we were contacted and told that the item was damaged. The parcel was not handed carefully and so the people we bought the parcel from would not give us a refund. Be careful when using parcel monkey as their delivery services damage your item.

Sent a parcel though parcel monkey browser and parcel force, it has passed 3 weeks and neither of them are taking responsibility nor helping to get the parcel delivered. Do not go to them to save couple of pounds
