Really easy to use system for collecting and delivering a large package. Lots of email information with each step with references, dates etc. Everything happened as I was told it would, Very good value. Thank you!

As always, Parcel Monkey have delivered an exceptional service. They are consistently lower in cost than going direct to the shipper and I have never had any issues with the website, ease of using the client interface nor the completion of the process. Well Done!

Wanted to send a large parcel to Switzerland after covid prevented a uk Christmas for family. The post office has 2 kg limit and Parcel Force is really expensive. Our son recommended Parcel Monkey. The online details were easy and the courier collected the parcel as agreed. The price was much cheaper and included the option for extra insurance. The tracking worked well and the parcel was delivered in good time. I would definitely recommend parcel monkey to others.

Great service. Ive used this site a few times and never had a problem. If i was to be very picky, the page where you put the initial information is slightly confusing but otherwise a service I always use. Recommended.

Refused to call Courier when they failed to collect. Booked 8 collections only 5 were collected from various addresses. I had to call them myself as online support (Emily) wouldnt speak to Courier.

My Mum sent my kids a christmas gift box from the UK to Barcelona, Spain using PM, filling in online forms took approx 3 hours 1x Percy Pig candies, 1 x M&S pyjama - you get the idea! She stated value and excatly whats inside following the laborious code system, this is how you save money, you do the filling in bit, as opposed to the nice folk at the courier co. According to ´PM online tracker the parcel is in Spain and being reviewed since the 25th Dec 2021, the PM website is never updated. So, now realising that PM is now a shoddy intermediary with no follow up or control once they have collected parcel, I tried entering our tracking number to many other courier sites becasue PM website does not give any further info. I tried Courier, ParcelForce Fedex etc, Then ta da! Parcelforce (who we absolutely use direct next time) came back to me, super friendly mail saying that our parcel is awaiting documentation and therfore delayed, they apologised for the situation but said they cant comment on the service of their customer). Wait ! The exact same documentation that my mother filled in on the PM website and printed at home and attached to the parcel that was collected & processed by PM???!!! PM say they cannot help since the parcel is now in Spain - Ooh thanks! Horrid, shoddy service with absolutely no control over your parcel. My mum thought she was saving a few quid, in reality shes lost 5 hours of here life, printing ink, paper, tape, packaging and now 2 hours of my time and we are still without pyjamas & percy Pigs 20 days later. NEVER AGAIN.

The rate was incredibly competitive and they promised 48 hour delivery and that s what I got. I was so pleased my grand children would get their christmas presents on time after I had to cancel their visit due to covid..

Brilliant! Driver came and collected the item. Left. Took it to the depot. Got sorted. Delivered on time and in one piece with my faults. Buyer was very happy and I was happy fur the safe and quick delivery. Abb no axing service 5⭐️

I ordered a 2.7 kilo duvet from Nottingham . It arrived all sealed up at 3.2 kilos. I went to my local Post Office weighed in at 3.2 kilos I was advised the cost to send to the USA was £84. I googled for a cheaper method and Parcel Monkey came up. They send label with the 3.2 kilo weight both on the front and custom label for £48. I go to another post office again weighed in at 3.2 kilos and get a receipt. A week later I get charged £33.09p for excess weight charge of 1o.9 kilos. The parcel has been delivered and photographed at 3kilos. I have made many requests asking for my Excess charges to be refunded all with no action but to pass me on from one Parcel Monkey rep to another. There is no way a Duvet can suddenly weigh 24 pounds yet Im still waiting a refund. Very first and LAST time I will use this company. So beware when they make a mistake You pay for their errors.

Go direct to the couriers, Parcel Monkey gives no guarantee of collection unless delayed over 5 working days, this includes services labeled as Next day. Booked a Parcel to be collected, it wasnt. Rebooked, still not collected. Canceled and awaiting my money back. (they keep hold of this for 5 days too). Live Chat also very unhelpful, there is no care or consideration for the customer. They just spout terms and conditions at you like robots (probably are). Impossible to talk to someone or a manager.

I will never use Parcelmonkey again. The service is just atrocious. It has now been 4 months since I sent my package and after numerous enquiries, I am no closer to knowing where my package is. When the receiver started make enquiries on his end, he was blocked and the courier would not take his calls any more. Parcelmonkey put me in an embarrassing situation and their control over the packages they send is severely lacking. The communication is automated and offers no explanation or information - just automated apologies. Natalie from Parcelmonkey insists we wait for a response from the courier after numerous requests and 4 months of waiting. Natalie cannot give me clear answer as to how long we have to wait for a response. I wish I could give a lover score than 1 star but it is my only option.

Arrangements were made on Thursday December 30th for a parcel to be collected on Friday December 31st and that is exactly what happened. Excellent!

Fine until you need to claim - but once you claim, be prepared to wait! Rude, poor and slow and thats if they ever bother to reply. I must file a missing persons report for the CEO, Jonathan as he appears to have disappeared off the face of the earth. All in all, avoid!

East to book and delivered critical docs on-time. Only thing that could be improved is the ability to track the documents (especially given the cost). But customer service was quick and efficient so I felt confident it would arrive as expected.

Three parcels sent all good, sent a parcel which according to their office staff has been lost as they couldn’t see it anywhere in their system apart from when it was collected, then I tried tracking it again and it magically appeared in customs in Holland, that’s where it’s been for several days despite being on Parcel Force express delivery. On a separate note their prices are great when it works smoothly, golf clubs delivered from U.K. to Amsterdam in three days last year.

No communication to inform me that the parcel sent - which is a gift - has been held up in Customs. I dont. know why it has? Its a coat and pyjamas to a family friend in Paris France. I found it difficult to follow this up and Im not happy as the parcel still has NOT arrived. I get an email to see what I think of Parcel Monkey, when the parcel is still not delivered. Poor. Poor. Poor

The parcel was delivered exceptionally quickly from the uk to
mainland Spain but once it arrived at its destination they were expected to pay €45 before the parcel could be handed over. I think this should be made aware of before you commit to posting to Spain

I dropped off a 1.5kg parcel at the Post Office on December 17th to be sent to the Republic of Ireland and have been unable to get correct information from this company, they claim that it is waiting to be scanned. I accept that Covid and some transport issues might be responsible, however, this was sold as a 48 hour delivery service. It is now 19 days and Parcel Force (the courier service used) has not updated their tracking and incoherent messages are being sent by Parcel Monkey - avoid this appalling Company

sent a pair of boots and a birthday card for a weight of 1.5kg, but put down 3kg instead as ive been caught out before where they were lying saying the package was heavier and charged me extra. received an email to advise of an extra charge for this box, which as per usual surprised me again. I queried it and was advised that the box was not 3kg, but weighed 8kg!!!!! this is a clear indication that someone has made a mistake somewhere but these were simple womens boots!! the box weighed 1.5kg MAX (WHO WOULD WEAR BOOTS THAT WEIGH 4KG EACH!?). I have been asked for photo evidence, why dont they show their own evidence! Why is the consumer asked for proof?! I have had several charges over the last 2 years for things that i didnt agree with or thought were wrong. But this is the last straw. Never using Parcel Monkey again, youve lost a repeat customer ! Happy New Year !!
