I would highly recommend parcel monkey, as they compare company prices and show you your options.
I was confused at first when I had to return a very heavy product back to a company, which they did not pay for returns. With parcel monkey it was very simple and straight forward, I selected the cheapest price, got email, paid online, printed my label and it was all done within 30 minutes...
No stressing....

I have used parcel monkey on several occasions and I’ve never had a single issue.All the parcels I have sent have all arrived safe and in good time.I only use parcel force though as I’ve had issues with Hermes in general as a company.I am sure the other companies are ok to use though.

This was the first time I had used Parcel Monkey. After having problems with other booking companies, I tried Parcel Monkey as a last resort. Im pleased that I did as it all worked out really well.

Parcel was not collected on the day stated when I waited in all day. It was also then not delivered on the day and time stated causing huge inconvenience to the receiver who had rearranged many things to be at home for the parcel. It was also not signed for which was the service I paid for.

Excellent service, as I arranged for pick up and delivery, but there was problems on the other side, however Parcel Monkey resolved, definitely use again..!?! ????????????????????????

I got a good price and the parcel was collected promptly. It was delivered 1 day later than booked. I dont know whether the recipient was at home at the planned delivery time or asked for it to be deferred. (Delivery was by Parcel force so their responsibility.)

Im just reading the reviews on Parcel Monkeys website for different delivery companies. They have a last/most recent five reviews section - but the reviews are exactly the same for all the companies listed - exactly, word for word!!! So, if John/Jane Doe did actually write these reviews their words are being used falsely. Just give us real and accurate reviews, please - it would build business confidence.

Used these a few times with no problems. However recently they decided to charge me £55 extra claiming my parcel had lost 15kg in weight and gained 4 times it size. When asked for proof of this they were unable to but won’t refund money back! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I used their services to send a parcel in December. The courier tried to scam me in the name of customs duty which they weren’t interested in. I dealt with it myself. Some items had to be removed from parcel(4 Perfumes). It took about 20 messages and over £17 to get my items back. Their excuses for the high price for return of my items ranged from “ Incorrect return address supplied “ “Admin charge” e.t.c . When challenged, they wouldn’t answer the queries. If anyone knows of another company to use, please let me know. I’m done with them.

My parcel had a number of things in it (19) which should have been listed on the customer declaration form. However the form supplied only listed the first 5 items. I contacted PM through the online message assistant who was not helpful. It took a number of messages and a significant time to get the right answer. The parcel also took longer to arrive than promised by PM.

Parcel Monkey provides a nice, straightforward method for shipping multiple packages to different destinations all at once. Log in. Enter the details of each parcel and its address. Choose a courier based on price/speed/preferred logo. Arrange collection or drop off. Pay.
Ive used it several times and I have yet to have any problems!

Excellent! The whole process is straight forward and painless. The driver was helpful and then I received an email once the parcel reached its destination.
The only issue is: I do not have a printer and I was asked to print off a label for the item that was to be returned. However, once I received the confirmation that the driver was on his way, it also mentioned that he was bringing a label with him.
My final point here is: seriously, who has a printer these days? Other than that slight annoyance, I was very happy with the service. Well done Parcel Monkey!

I have started using parcel monkey and not had a problem until my last order whereI was charged for being overweight, luckily I take pictures of all my parcels and measurements and weight to prove if this happens. But my disappointment is that you have taken the money out of my bank without my consent. I don’t think by law you can take money out of peoples bank without their consent. I have had this happen to me on too many occasions and it is not right what you are doing by charging people and making out their parcel is overweight or the wrong size. you have to measure a parcel and weigh a parcel to put the measurements into the search engine to get the price. I am still waiting for this to be resolved, although the money has been taken from my bank already and I can’t see it being put back, if this continues I will move to another courier, I post a lot of parcels a week and I think this is Very poor. Thanks dan
