I have been checking the Tracking Status of my parcel sent to the US. It arrived in the US on December 18th and to date (30/12/2021) has not been delivered. I cannot find anywhere on the DPD website where I can contact anyone to find out where the parcel is!

I was told when booked 3 to 8 days posted on 16th now its 29th and it has just arrived in the country still to go to the depot then get delivered so well outwith 3 to 8 days even allowing for holiday season

Really bad service from Courier. I paid for next day delivery and 9 days on still waiting for Christmas present to be delivered (now well after Christmas). Apparently parcel monkey need to carry out an investigation before I can claim any sort of compensation. Pretty fed up checking the tracking and trying to progress this....

Very disappointed. Two parcels collected in the UK on 20 December to go to Switzerland. One delivered on 28 December and the other still not arrived!! Won’t be using again .

Parcel returned undelivered. Not able to get an accurate update on the status . Very expensive given the non delivery and follow-up is non existent. Very poor overall.

Booked three parcels in from UK to South Africa on 14/12/21 to be delivered in 5-7 days in time for Christmas. Paid £291. It still has not left the UK. Very disappointing.

Had to return a faulty television to Amazon via Parcelmonkey following issues with their regular returns courier company. Was directed to website which was straightforward and easy to navigate. Service from Parcel Force was excellent - as we have experienced before. Driver courteous and efficient. Would recommend for future courier / parcel delivery

Excellent- only point of concern is that there’s no differential on small ish parcels sink with weighing 100grams cost same as 1.5 kg one but it is quick easy and reliable.

Booked this as a 3 day international tracked air delivery. As soon as it was booked I was directed to Royal mail, now with 2 booking references, which is not a fully tracked service. The tracking does not work, it just shows the parcel at the office where I delivered it. I will probably never use this again, as I feel ripped off. The parcel is not moving, I cant get hold of anyone, and I paid twice what the royal mail parcels people quoted me and got royal mail parcels service. It is not what it says on the tin, its does not work and and it not value for money, stay away. There are no phone numbers, no contacts, no e-mail, no one to complain to.

Away away away away . This guys they lost my Christmas present to Greece to my family through DPD .I cant find my parcel that is with DPD .The parcel cost over £200 and nobody answering me through chat .What is going on with those guys . Dont make any purchase with the or DPD .Protect yourself and your Christmas

Delivery to the address in France took 5 days, not the 3 days was promised. Disappointing at over £13. Normal mail would have worked just as well for much less cost.

I think it would be useful if Parcel Monkey rated their carriers for delivery time reliability. Parcel to USA said 2-4 days and took 10 days. I know we are in difficult times but my parcel spent 3-4 days without movement. Quite stressful as I then wondered if it had got misplaced. The webchat were professional but unable to held.It did arrive eventually so happy about that

I paid for next day delivery and today is the 6 day since they collect the parcels and I am still waiting for my parcels to be delivered. The worst than this, is that when I spoke to the costumer service they told me to describe the parcels because the courier could not locate them!!!!! what I joke. I could not ask for worst service in my life. What a nightmare. I do not understand?? like really?? your job is delivering the parcels and you could not do this properly why are guys working in a delivery company if you cannot even do it right????. Me as a customer should not get impact by any of these as I have done my part to pay them what I am supposed to pay. Now, they should do their job to deliver the parcels for the customer on time as they have promised the customer that they were going to do so.

customer service is awful. takes days/hours to track a parcel. I asked a question regarding the delivery of 1 parcel, days later I got a response about a collection of another parcel. Asking 2 questions about different packages confuses your attendants even though question are provided clearly and giving the ref number. I paid for next day deliveries and many of my packages have not been delivered.
