I used this service to get a parcel to the USA with DPD 2-4 day service. Posted 4th January, parcel not arrived. Just updated as in transit in last hour.

I was looking for the most reasonable prices and for an easy way to get the parcel posted. I chose the Parcel Froce option on the Parcel Monkey website which that was so much cheaper than other similar sites, and it was so easy to drop it off at the local Post Office not having to worry about the cost. Being able to track it gave peace of mind and it was delivered in the time schedule stated.

AVOID AT ANY COST I sent 4 parcels to Manchester from London on 29th Nov via Parcel Monkey and they chose a courier for me. All were delivered on 1st Dec except 1. That is where my problems and nightmare with Parcel Monkey began. These items were a lot so even one missing makes rest of parcels useless. There is no phone number to contact Parcel monkey so all you can do is contact via messaging system on their website. I alerted Parcel Monkey on 6th Dec after Manchester vendor(eBay Seller) notified me that he will not refund my money as parcel is missing. I sent this to get refund for item i purchased on eBay. Seller will not refund me now as 1 item is missing out of 4!! PLEASE HELP as tomorrow is the last day. Item is worth £550. Rest 3 parcels will be waste without fourth one. From 6th December I started sending messages asking parcel monkey to track my parcel and all i got was we are sorry. The courier(will not name it) when approached suggested that they will deal with parcel monkey as i paid them. On 8th Dec I got missing peice delivered back to me, I alerted Parcel monkey and again i got sorry and they will talk to courier. I started chasing again and after many messages, Parcel monkey told me to Pay again for sending the parcel delivered back to me!!! I asked for complaint to be raised as why should i pay again for couriers fault and i was told that they cannot do anything as i have to book again to Manchester. I challenged and sent 30+ messages and finally my parcel was picked up on 15th Dec and sent to Manchester. After that i asked process for raising complaint and there has been no response at all so far. AVOID PARCEL MONKEY at any cost, unprofessional and no guarantee that your parcel will be delivered. Sent parcel on 29th and finally got delivered on 18th Dec!!!! I lost money from seller as return window closed. PARCEL MONKEY is middle man with no responsibility. All they do is take money as commission and WORST Customer Service!!! You guys should be sued for providing this kind of Service!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... I lost my money and all because of you guys

Never had an issue using parcel monkey. Everything has been on time, arrived to its destination safely and quickly and the couriers have always been polite and helpful. Pricing is very reasonable too. As a disabled person who struggles to get out, this service is invaluable.

My buyer paid vat to ebay when they purchased my items, but due to the poor customs form supplied I had to pay vat again or customs would have returned my package, because the buyer refused to pay vat twice.

Absolutely rubbish service - I acknowledge that I hadn’t completed the paperwork correctly but instead of explaining exactly what was required - the dashboard is onerous and extremely ‘unfriendly’. The live chat is hopeless also as I tried on several occasions to request my parcel be returned to me. This was Xmas presents for my son and daughter who I have not been able to visit for 2 years because of Covid - nightwear and stationery, personal handmade cards and notebooks. Needless to say I am really disappointed about the service. The reason given for the paperwork required was for EU requirements but the parcel was addressed to New Zealand which has never been in the EU! My parcel was collected early Dec 2021 for a Xmas delivery and today 10th Jan 2022, I have finally been emailed regarding the return of my parcel. I have also had to pay a for the return - after already paying £90 for the parcel to be delivered to New Zealand.

Fosse Way Honey parcel was booked in quickly and paid for. ParcelForce collected and delivered the next day, 24 hours ahead of schedule.

My parcel took one month instead of one week to arrive! Also stated at one point that it was in Prague instead of Australia! No way of speaking to complain or enquire only a generic chat line! Wouldn’t use again

I Wouldnt recommend due item being damage and i lost out on over £600.. parcel monkey wouldnt resole the matter and I never seen the door or any money back... Stay away, dont use thrid party, go straight to deliver company.. probably work out cheaper aswell

I would like to leave a review...but how can you review a service you havent received ? I booked a delivery through Parcel Monkey, Courier collected the parcel on 30th December for delivery on the 31st according to their web site its been at the delivery office since 31st December..but has not been delivered. Pathetic.

Paid for 24hr Next Day Delivery which was £25 and they never turned up to collect it! And Parcel Monkey wouldnt refund, partial refund or give a god will gesture after me waiting in all day which im self employed cost me days pay and client also took the next day off which was also wasted!
