Another excellent delivery! Good to have the tracking. Also a picture of the parcels on arrival at destination, to be able to see the condition of the parcels, whether damaged or not.
Will use Parcel Monkey whenever we have parcels to send anywhere.

Parcel Monkey organised parcel force to collect 2 boxes and deliver them 350 on the UK mainland. I paid online 1 day and by the next they arrived. I had some problems opening the link containing the label but they were very helpful and efficient in send me it in another format. Absolutely delighted with the service and the price.

Easy to book, wide selection of options including pick up from home. Very good price too and everything went without a hitch. Pick up and delivery as advised and plenty of communication with both sender and receiver. Would use again!

Didn’t deliver my parcel, then asked for more money to have the parcel delivered back to me - insured all the way!!! Item arrives back all broken box and damaged content. They refuse any compensation!!! I have insured this item as it was expensive. Paid £28 total for delivery plus damaged item worth £95 and they are telling me I wont get no compensation - you took delivery money and insurance money and brought me back item that is broken beyond believe and you think it’s alright to just dismiss the claim. Please everyone just save yourself money and time and go directly to the courier companies - Parcel Monkey is just an agent that scums as much as possible.

Parcel monkey customer service non existent they refused to deliver my parcel then charged me to have it back when it did come back ita was smashed to pieces brand new item had been opened broken pieces sent all the photos and they rejected claim need to take legal action against them now and report the postal charges as fruad

Easy booking for a good price with cheaper insurance. I’ve used twice recently for parcelforce. some post offices won’t accept parcels paid for online but I’ve not had a problem dropping off.

My advice stay away from this company.I am try to send a parcel from Uk to Italy .5 weeks and my parcel still in London.Not one single explanation but your are dealing with a bunch of foreigners that to speak to you they using a translator.

The online process was good though the labels came out huge when printed and the postoffice struggled to scan them. After 2 weeks i was told the price from the courier had gone up even though i weighed and measured accurately. The parcel still hasnt arrived in Canada and next time Ill go straight to parcelforce to office so Im sure its been dealt with. The tracker still says its in the depot! So who knows when or if it will ever arrive.

My 4kg parcel was collected from my Lancashire home on 29th December and was delivered to my son in Auckland, New Zealand on 2nd January intact and secure.

As always, Parcel Monkey have delivered an exceptional service. They are consistently lower in cost than going direct to the shipper and I have never had any issues with the website, ease of using the client interface nor the completion of the process. Well Done!

Wanted to send a large parcel to Switzerland after covid prevented a uk Christmas for family. The post office has 2 kg limit and Parcel Force is really expensive. Our son recommended Parcel Monkey. The online details were easy and the courier collected the parcel as agreed. The price was much cheaper and included the option for extra insurance. The tracking worked well and the parcel was delivered in good time. I would definitely recommend parcel monkey to others.

Great service. Ive used this site a few times and never had a problem. If i was to be very picky, the page where you put the initial information is slightly confusing but otherwise a service I always use. Recommended.

Refused to call Courier when they failed to collect. Booked 8 collections only 5 were collected from various addresses. I had to call them myself as online support (Emily) wouldnt speak to Courier.

My Mum sent my kids a christmas gift box from the UK to Barcelona, Spain using PM, filling in online forms took approx 3 hours 1x Percy Pig candies, 1 x M&S pyjama - you get the idea! She stated value and excatly whats inside following the laborious code system, this is how you save money, you do the filling in bit, as opposed to the nice folk at the courier co. According to ´PM online tracker the parcel is in Spain and being reviewed since the 25th Dec 2021, the PM website is never updated. So, now realising that PM is now a shoddy intermediary with no follow up or control once they have collected parcel, I tried entering our tracking number to many other courier sites becasue PM website does not give any further info. I tried Courier, ParcelForce Fedex etc, Then ta da! Parcelforce (who we absolutely use direct next time) came back to me, super friendly mail saying that our parcel is awaiting documentation and therfore delayed, they apologised for the situation but said they cant comment on the service of their customer). Wait ! The exact same documentation that my mother filled in on the PM website and printed at home and attached to the parcel that was collected & processed by PM???!!! PM say they cannot help since the parcel is now in Spain - Ooh thanks! Horrid, shoddy service with absolutely no control over your parcel. My mum thought she was saving a few quid, in reality shes lost 5 hours of here life, printing ink, paper, tape, packaging and now 2 hours of my time and we are still without pyjamas & percy Pigs 20 days later. NEVER AGAIN.

The rate was incredibly competitive and they promised 48 hour delivery and that s what I got. I was so pleased my grand children would get their christmas presents on time after I had to cancel their visit due to covid..
