Wouldnt use this company ever again. Nightmare!!! Sat in all day didnt turn up and customer service is shocking. You pay for next day pick up doesnt happen. I understand that there short staffed but some sort of communication would be helpful.

Extremely poor service. Parcel sent to Australia in good time for a Christmas delivery and at a cost of nearly £100. It is now 23 December and there have been no updates since 9th December on the tracking service. This was the email that was sent back to me after a query was raised - Hello, I am sorry, we are still waiting for this trailer to be scanned in. I have checked other parcels within the trailer and they are also still waiting for their follow-up scan. Unfortunately, given the circumstances, there is nothing further we can do at this time. Please see the Live Service Updates on our website for more information relating to this destination. I am sorry for the inconvenience these delays have caused. THERE IS NOTHING FURTHER THAT WE CAN DO AT THIS TIME - seriously? And what would I have have been paying £100 for exactly?? I wish I had just used Parcel Force instead rather than go through Parcel Monkey. Just pay the little extra and cut out these people who have clearly not heard of effective customer service or dont seem to be able to find out exactly what has happened to a package that was sent using their service. My sister and her children will not now be receiving their parcel for Christmas and I dont know, if or when they will ever get it. I will never use Parcel Monkey again. Stay away.

I have used Parcel Monkey twice now and they really are excellent. They gave me a much cheaper price with Parcelforce than I was quoted for directly. I paid for Parcelforce 48 and Parcelforce delivered my parcel within 24 hours. Great company….I would highly recommend ????

I selected next day (Courier) am delivery. Tracked and delivery was over an hour behind the requested delivery time. Then the delivery was cancelled. Only for an attempt to happen much later than requested to then be told delivery would happen next working day. It required multiple phone calls from myself and several failed promises before I managed to get a delivery attempt the next day. Overall a very poor and stressful experience for both sender and recipient.

Still to be delivered to family in Berlin after paying over £70 customs tax German side. Left Scotland on the 12th December, completed all relevant documentation and followed all procedures to the letter. Utterly hopeless. Will never use this company again.

Hands down the worst courier service I ever got to use. Booked a delivery to Poland (standard 3-5 days) to send my family their Christmas presents - planned way ahead but it wasnt good enough because Parcel Monkey has had the parcel for weeks and it has not moved. They keep quoting depot has delays shipping to Poland but this was NOT mentioned on their website. Really disappointed in the company and wont be using again - recommend DPD, UPS or Parcel force direct as Parcel monkey service is shambles.

Such a poor customer service, especially their claims team in UK. Zak, from their claims department dont even answer the questions, and doesnt even understand the full tracking event, hence not able to handle the querries. Asked to speak to his boss and a complete ignorance from him.

Had to send an urgent parcel from the UK to Republic of Ireland for my nieces birthday. DPD were the courier that Parcel Monkey suggested. Delivery was prompt and within the two day period.
Be careful as DPD automatically slapped on a Customs Charge for the recipient to pay. I queried this as the parcel was under the value of £39 and the goods were from the UK. DPD cancelled the charge and said that they are automatically applied and need to be waived manually - by contacting DPD direct.
Other than this it is an excellent service.

Parcel sent on 16 December 2021 for next day delivery. Arrived at delivery depot on 18 December. As of 22 December, the parcel is still sitting at the delivery depot. I wonder if it will ever be delivered.

Parcel Monkey failed to collect a valuable bonsai tree. Apparently, although a driver arrived to collect, simply refused to do so. Parcel Monkey were supplied with all measurements and weight of the item, which was appropriately labelled, simply refused to collect
