I use Parcel Monkey from time to time for large parcels.
Very good pricing & lots of options to drop parcels off, or have collected.
Labels are ready to print within 30 mins.

Dropped my parcel off on 11th December. DPD collected my parcel on 12th December to take it to the depot. I called parcel monkey on 21st December to find out why my parcel had not been delivered to Malta. They said it had been returned to the depot as the courier tried twice to deliver. No evidence in tracking that parcel had ever left the U.K. or attempted delivery been made. Now parcel monkey want me to pay again for parcel to be returned to me. Easy way for parcel monkey to make extra money without sending your goods. I’d rate zero stars if I could. Go direct with company and avoid the in-between scammers .

Always quicker and cheaper than Royal Mail. We’ve never had a problem with parcels going internally in the UK, or to Germany or France. Would definitely recommend.

quick easy process to send a parcel, sometimes the cheapest is not the object but the options are all their for you to choose. parcel collected and delivered to destination, quick easy no hassle. could not fault it really.

I posted my parcel, dropping off at local post office on 15th Dec. It seems to have been sitting in some sort of hub ever since, and now 21st Dec its caught up in this delay in kent. If it had been moved forward in a timely manner It should be at destination now. Very disappointed,,,, for second time. You lost my last national parcel to Inverness and I eventually gave up as no one was interested in finding it. Should have remembered that and not used you again. I know now that you are not efficient or safe.

Booked two day international shipping. Over one week later the package finally arrives. When I raised this complaint this company just quoted policy. Don’t bother with ParcelMonkey. Just get the price and go straight to the courier. Parcel Monkey just want your money but won’t take responsibility for their poor service. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have sent a number of parcels to Spain. The tracking updates are delayed, and 2 of the parcels so far had problems with delivery. The customer services at ParcelMonkey said they would pass on the message. I received no confirmation of anything being done, and the website doesn’t give any options to contact CS again on the same issue. Two parcels with whereabouts unknown, and I haven’t even got the local courier details to talk to them directly. Really poor.
