I am shocked how bad it was. My parcel was picked up; I didn’t hear anything else so assumed it safely arrived. More than 6 weeks later I got an email saying If you don’t respond within X amount of days we will dispose of your parcel without any explanation to why it wasn’t delivered. I tried contacting customer care through email and the chat function but they still couldn’t explain why it hadn’t been delivered and were generally speaking very unhelpful. Very unprofessional service. Avoid at all cost!

Booked DPD to another courier on 26th November 2019. They didnt bother collecting. Ended up taking the parcel to the their drop off shop 2 days later. A text message or email to say why they hadnt collected would have been nice, but nothing. We wont bother with collection any more. I expect they will use the same excuse like they have in the past "no-one was in and you have a black door !!!!!". I waited in all day for them, and no, we dont have a black door.

We have used Parcel Monkey three times now to send a parcel to family in Lithuania. This time we sent it a little earlier (third week in November) to get there before Christmas. It arrived quickly just after a week. The previous two times there had been a delay when it got to Lithuania, although they still arrived in time for Christmas. This time it arrived super quick. We used drop off at Currys with DPD which was easy. It definitely saves you money using Parcel Monkey.

First time user - Chose Multibox Option - Parcel force was the courier. Parcel arrived damaged despite being securely packaged in the original packaging. Currently trying to claim money back. Since there is no phone number for Parcel Monkey the whole process is unnecessarily complex. The online chat does not exist either. It simply redirects you to their main help pages. Very poor service.

Simple story: I sent 11 packages, they lost 6. I had all my packages insured. So I claimed for them. They are now claiming they can only pay 100gbp / package while most were insured over 300. This whole process has been dragging on since July. They will take weeks to answer every single message. This company is not serious, avoid at all costs.

Everything was easy to arrange and has the cheapest extra insurance by a long way! The rates at similar courier resellers(?) are ridiculous compared to Parcel Monkey, these will be my “go-to” provider in the future.

I sent a pair of shoes worth 355 pounds. I tracked the parcel ten days later it said it was in transit. I go on holiday and come back and find a message that the item has not been received by the receipient. I raised a claim immediately after being notified. They lost my parcel and are refusing to compensate me. There is the communication. I will be taking them to trading standards and the small claims court! Hi Feisal, Parcel Monkey conducts business in accordance with its standard Terms and Conditions of Carriage; these conditions can be found on the Parcel Monkey’s Website or at the time the order was processing. Please be advised that when you or your representative signed the ‘Shipper’s agreement’ section of the Terms and Conditions, you entered into a legally binding contract and agreed that Parcel Monkey’s Terms and Conditions were all the terms of the contract between Parcel Monkey and yourself. Clause 10 provides that all lost claims must be reported to Parcel Monkey within 5 working days from the scheduled delivery date. Our records indicate that your shipment was collected by Parcel Monkey on (02/10/2019) and that your first notification to Parcel Monkey was on (04/11/2019). Up until arriving for delivery in USA first class service but USA postal service run at about 50% of Royal Mail service. Tracking said delivery had been attempted twice, recipient was in both times with no knocking at their door. I gave them tracking number and they had to find website and request delivery as obviously no note was left to say missed delivery as they hadnt been near door. Delivery finally arrived 6 days after should have been there.
