Only my second time using Parcel Monkey UK! Found the site very easy to navigate, offers up loads of options and information made the whole process of posting to my Gumtree buyer super easy. Will use again.

Popped online to create the order, done in no time at all.
Printed the label, popped to the post office, scanned, beep, its on its way. I posted on friday, the parcel was delivered on the monday. 7.5 kg, for around twenty quid.
Why mess around, the facility is thete, and these guys are great at what they do!!!

Parcel Monkey are only interested in taking your money. If anything goes wrong, dont rely on them to resolve the problem quickly. Parcel got stuck somewhere in France for two weeks. Parcel Monkey did very little to resolve the situation. with DPD. The parcel was eventually returned to me, as the DPD shipping system failed. I have no confidence in PM or DPD - I definitely wont be using either of these companies again. If I could, I would review the service with Zero stars.

Took longer than advertised. Didnt say it was going through two handlers and was very concerned when I got a "parcel delivered and signed for" from a complete stranger and not in the my country

What went wrong, you must be joking, you took my money £15.97 had dpd another courier, they did not turn up at my address but somewhere else. I have been trying to contact you to no avail. DPD were less than useless. I want my money back. You and DPD are a waste of space. What are you going to do?

My parcel got stuck in the destination country, due to a customs charge (NB. I had to contact Parcel Monkey to find out there was a customs charge). Parcel Monkey did not pay the customs charge (they say they are not responsible for this), and neither told me that I needed to pay it (until I eventually just paid it and told them I had paid it anyway). If your parcel gets stuck it may be an idea to contact the destination depot and pay the customs charge yourself or the parcel may not move. In my case, the parcel was also incorrectly marked as a sales item, rather than returns, (so the depot said, even though the paper documentation said Not Sold), but there should not have even been a customs charge in the first place.

My parcel was lost and it has taken countless messages to sort out, they have no power with their couriers. Luckily I took out the extra insurance but despite not carrying out what I’d paid them to do they didn’t feel they needed to refund me the carriage fee-appalled! Also every time you request to speak to a manager they are always ‘not available!’

I’ve post small package to EU which meant to take 3 working days to deliver. It’s 2 weeks now and no sign of it over there.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! It’s looks very easy to send parcel with them ,but unfortunately you need to have a lot of time and patience,so after hundreds of emails and rebookings I just said them F….off

Weighed the package on kitchen scales at 2.5KG. Added 0.5KG just in case. Have just been charged extra because they claim the package weighed in at 6KG. Absolute Nonsense - a ball of wool and a couple of bars of chocolate. Cannot dispute this as it was a present and dont want to involve the recipient. Had a similar experience a couple of months back with a different package. Wont use this bunch again.

The prices are competitive but if you have a problem they are not really on your side. I booked a service advertised as no printer necessary, after booking I get an email saying its a good idea to print out a label anyway(not helpful if you dont have a printer) so I hand wrote labels for my 2 parcels which were being collected. Dx come to pick up without any labels, the delivery guy promises to go straight back and print them, I point out the hand written labels so he know which is which and yet he still managed to stick the wrong labels on and sent them to opposite ends of the country. Parcel monkey took a week of messages to end up insisting its all my fault. Cant contact the company directly. Lost £20 and a lot of sleep over this.

If someone will be reading this I would advise not to use Parcel Monkey. Just check the price and go direct with the delivery company. You will pay pound or so more but if something will go wrong you can deal with delivery company direct, like in my case I was told to contact Parcel Monkey because I book through them. Parcel Monkey have no contact number so you end up chatting online trying to get to the bottom of your problem and I got just template answers like " sorry to hear that " "we will get in touch " and so on and automated general emails... my first and last time using Parcel Monkey but this is my personal experience.

My daughter sent me two pairs of pants as a birthday present two weeks ago. Ref.... PM11185113 Label / Customs Docs and Tracking. I can see them sitting in destination country, Australia for the past week and they have not moved. What sort of service is this? Its bad service. The pants cost £200 plus the cost of sending them. Not heard a thing from anyone, have no idea where they are or what is happening. Its a poor show. Deal with it, do not make me never use you again......

If I could give no stars, I would have. I booked a collection and delivery service through parcel Monkey with Parcel Force. It was booked as a 24hr service on a Wednesday. For reasons unknown, my package was sent to the wrong depot which caused a lengthy delay, the package was left in the depot over a weekend, eventually getting delivered on the Monday. The original 24hr service had been some what missed. I raised a complaint with Parcel Force who said as it was originally booked through Parcel Monkey, I should raise my complaint with them. Unfortunately, the reply I received was totally unacceptable and insulting. I would not use this service again and I will not be advising my family or friends either. No responsibility or ownership of my concern from Parcel Monkey
