After being charged an extra £149 on top of the original £60 for a parcel to Australia ( this was through a generic email with no full explanation of what the issue was) I finally had a message back to say the courier has agreed that the proof of measurements via photos I obtained had been accepted and I will get a refund ...WARNING TO EVERYONE IF YOU USE PARCEL MONKEY TAKE PHOTOS OF MEASUREMENTS AND WEIGHT WITH THE LABELS IN VIEW or RUN AWAY FROM PARCEL MONKEY AND USE A MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY WHO CARE BECAUSE PM DEFINITELY DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!

Firstly, Parcel Monkey is a very good site but only as good as the performance of the companies that it promotes. Between Christmas and New Year we sent a parcel of fresh meat pies on next day delivery with UPS. They took a week to arrive. The consignment was binned. As is the norm with fresh products we have to opt out any insurance cover. Why make next day offers then take a week. Neither Parcel Monkey or UPS want to know. When the parcels get delivered on time Parcel Monkey is a very good site to use but they don’t hold the carriers to account or in any way represent their customers when things fall short.

Generally better prices than many other sites and I feel confident that export information is formatted easily when I send with Parcel Monkey. Another successful delivery.

Very satisfied. All pick ups were collected and delivered on time. Also, service was good value, especially as Royal Mail werent even in the running as alternative carriers for reliable Christmas delivery due to strike action.

One out of 2 parcels have been delivered. The other is stuck in customs and duties since the 20th December 2022. ParcelForce won’t investigate because “courier” was booked through ParcelMonkey. Therefore up to ParcelMonkey to find out why. What a complete waste of time and such a hassle.

Parcel monkey were excellent, but UPS let us down. We were told 1-2 days which was a deal breaker. It took a week disappointingly. One of the recipients had gone back to school, so missed it.

Lost parcel, would not refund, as I was expected to provide receipts for any item to be compensated for.... was told antiques were not permitted to be sent using their service. Evri lost the parcel and parcelmonkey would not even refund the postage.... I have sent many parcels with parcelmonkey in the past.

Booked for parcel collection with Evri and Parcel Monkey has taken the money but parcel not collected or delivered. No way to contact them and Evri say its not their problem and we must contact Parcel Monkey. No way of getting a refund so far. Disgraceful.

I was charged an additional amount by parcel monkey after a package which clearly wasn’t mine was weighed in transit - my package which I correctly weighed ahead of sending was just under 2.5kg so that’s what I listed and paid for. Then I had a message to say it had been weighed at 8kg with no evidence to support this and as such I was being charged an additional £55! I straight away contacted parcel monkey to advise it was a mistake eventually after a chain of messages they asked me to supply evidence of the box being weighed, unfortunately they asked for this after it had arrived with my sister, by the time I asked her to send a picture of her with the package and also to put it on a weighing scale she had already opened it. The photos still show the sender ID and the fact it was 1.9kg. Parcel monkey are now seemingly requesting additional photos of the dimension when I don’t think this is possible as highly unlikely my sister will still have the box 48 hours after opening and embarrassing to have to ask- also as far as I am aware the dimensions have never been in dispute. This is clearly a mistake as there is no way the contents. (2 mugs, some sweets and a photo frame and a small ceramic olive bowl would come to anywhere near that) I have since sent parcel monkey a picture of my sister unboxing the package and one on a scale showing the correct weight and they have yet to removed the charge. Highly frustrating and unlikely I will ever use parcel monkey again.

Absolute shower, I sent a parcel to holland it took 16 days. I then get told it will be returned and I had to pay and admin fee, I did. I then received someone elses delivery and then got charged an extra £65 as the weight was wrong! talking to them is just an absolute commedy of errors they dont have a clue. AVOID.

Using the website, no problems. Pick up was great and left the UK to the USA, fine. But then no update for 24 hours after clearing US Customs. Hoping it arrives within the 3-4 time frame as posted on ParcelForce site.

AVOID - What an absolute shower, customer services are appalling ..... got a quote based on the ACTUAL weight of my 21kg parcel being returned, and agreed collection date. Several days later I receive an email stating that the couriers laser guided measuring equipment made my 21kg parcel .... 35.5kg! ...... 14.5kg MORE! THE WEIGHT OF 21KG IS PRINTED ON THE ORIGINAL BOX SHIPPED TO ME!! They then Debited an extra £24.60 from my card, even though I have sent pictures as proof, and have since ignored ALL my correspondence... this company is a JOKE! Next stop.....my bank, to reverse this total saga!

Parcel not collected by evri, no contacts, marked as customer cancelled when they didn’t turn up, chat bot takes you round in circles & says it was cancelled & no other help, no reply on insta & not delivered on Facebook, tried email main manager & no reply, I even paid extra to ensure safe delivery. It’s a joke !

Assurances given that my parcel would be collected by UPS on 23rd December and delivered the same day, failed. Called UPS the following day and I was asked to make an additional payment and even then the parcel would not be collected till 28th December. I had to decline the offer and made other arrangements for the delivery.

Not impressed. The advertised "3-4 days" when booking is a lie. I posted a parcel to Australia on 20th December 2022. It is now 4th January 2023. The parcel has still not arrived at the address in Australia. The delay between the email alert that "invoice description is not adequate" to what the courier is doing in country is not co-ordinated. I have just paid ANOTHER £16.00 to have the Second parcel to Switzerland returned to me! Every time I use Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey the service is appalling. Shall go direct to UPS or DPD next time. Not using this service again. After 3 years and 5 out of 6 parcels arriving late, not worth it.
