APPALLING: - Driver from Parce Force was rude and used a very angry tone of voice. Denied assistance with helping carrying the boxes to the front door ( I am 6 month pregnant). Failed to verify order causing an incomplete collection. - Parcel Monkey: no contact number for customer service. "Live Chat" that only answers day after and with limited answering time. Monday to Friday from 8 to 5. Inexistent service during the weekend. - Parcel Monkey: no availabily in scheduling collection time - Parcel Monkey: reschedulling collection handled by automated messages, again not user fiendly. New labels to be printed each time. Additional costs of printing not mentioned in the website. There is no QR alternative offered. - Parcel Collection companies do not advise on a time frame for collection, do not sms or call once on their way or at the door, no tracking system possible - Collection window from 8:00 to 18:00 - Parcel Monkey: website and system not very user friendly and extremely limited information. - Labels to print state 2 different couriers companies making it extremely confusing ( Courier and Parcelforce in my case) - Box handleing: parcels upon destination arrival where in a very deprorable state. Appauling service, wont be using Parcel Monkey again nor recommend to anyone. Allow me to share that I am 6 months pregnant and the poor quality of your service and hassle on reschedlling collection and printing labels has caused an absurd added amount of stress. First Collection scheduled on 6/12/24 - incomplete collection from driver. Second Collection scheduled 10/12/24 - driver came but did not knock the door. Unknow Event stated in Parcel Monkey. We were two people inside the house. Third Collection scheduled 13/12/24 - waiting from 8:00 to 18:00 for collection

Unlike last year at Christmas time when two large parcels went walk about in the Aberdeen area and only just retrieved on the 24th this year everything has gone smoothly with the 3 parcels picked on time and delivered on time so well done yourselves and Parcel Force. Happy Christmas

It was nearly perfect. No major problems.
Man who came was very good, polite and did the job very well. Main problem was me not saying trucks would have been useful to him.

Fast, reliable and amazing! Sent a parcel from the UK to USA. Collection Friday and Delivered on Monday! Amazing and cannot recommend enough. Will definitely be back :)

Quoted us a good price for our 12kg parcel to the USA & through them UPS picked up the box next day and had it at its destination within 4 days.

I was truly impressed with the speed and simplicity of the service. The entire process was straightforward, making it easy to navigate even for someone who may not be particularly tech-savvy. I sent a parcel abroad with this company and paid £33 to do so. Once the parcel got abroad It was held hostage by UPS until I paid a further £33 for brokerage fees ( these are UPS fees not custom fees. I’m aware of custom fees ). On querying this with parcel monkey they stated to me these fees are payable to UPS as all their parcels are sent through them without duty paid. Nowhere through the course of booking my parcel delivery with them did it say anywhere further charges may be incurred from the international courier. So it has now cost me double the amount to have my parcel delivered. if the fees are not included in parcel monkeys price that is absolutely fair enough but they should be telling their customers on point of booking that they’re gonna have to pay the same price again at the other end. It is dishonest advertising to advertise one price when the customer ends up paying double

Sent a Christmas parcel with UPS from this site to my Sister in Texas, left it at the parcel shop Wednesday morning it arrived to her on the Friday at 1.00. 2 days with full tracking and insurance absolutely phenomenal especially as it takes five days even first class mail here. First class service and well worth the money.

Overall very quick and efficient delivery service to the US, which is not the easiest place to send to overseas. Good value, as somehow using ParcelMonkey is cheaper than going direct to Parcelforce. Instructions were relatively straightforward although the guidelines on packaging could come a little earlier in the process. Also, after 2 days the tracking showed arrival in destination country Jamaica, which was confusing. But it arrived in California the next day, only 3 days after posting, which is brilliant.
