Extra Charges - Beware! Was charged more than double - again - without consent, when Parcel Monkey failed to deliver! I had to collect. Then they charged me extra £73. Customer Service time wasting slow and patronising - NO REFUND

Very easy to book on the website. Good choice of couriers and very competitive prices. I had a business account with one of the couriers but got fed up with all the added extras & various surcharges so I closed it. Now, through Parcel Monkey, I sometimes use the same courier at a far cheaper price! Well done :)

parcel sent on 14th of june parcel monkey asking for feedback on the 21t, then hit me with an extra charge on the 25th without verification from parcel force. Photo provided to parcel monkey with item on scales at parcel force. parcel did arrive with recipent within the week. So how come so late with extra charge.

Used Parcel Monkey UK for sending a gift to Spain. It got held at customs for weeks. Parcel Monkeys very own chat monkeys told me that this delay was because the recipient needed to file documentation... except the recipient was not contacted to ask them to file any documentation. The parcel already contained the required documentation in the form of all required customs forms, but OK, if we humour them for a moment... they cant expect the recipient to file documentation if they arent asked for anything. The monkeys told me that the Spanish courier or customs will have contacted the recipient, but when I asked for proof that the recipient was contacted I was told they cannot provide any proof. The parcel has since been returned to us but Parcel Monkeys monkeys have so far declined to refund, even though I didnt receive the service I paid for. Will have to use the chargeback process. If you dont want to deal with a bunch of monkeys, stay well clear of this lot! Im a kind soul so Ill save the monkeys a job with replying to my review, heres what theyll say as its what they say on all of their replies (I dare them to say something different this time): They will say: "I am very sorry to hear about the service you have received when using our service. I have escalated the case on your behalf and have asked one of our team to reach out to you." They will then incorrectly use a semi-colon in the next sentence, like this: "Alternatively, please contact our team at; [their contact link here]" Finally they will tell me that: "Again, we are very sorry for this and hope we can come to a quick resolution for you." Heck, they might not even bother to reply. But thats fine as they will never see a penny from me ever again ????

easy way to send a very large parcel. My only criticism is that I was not forewarned about the pick up slot as I had to wait in all day for the parcels to be picked up. Other than that everything was easy, the driver picked up quickly and it was all delivered within the 48 hours guarenteed. Would definitelty use them again.

We have been waiting for almost a whole month for our parcel to be delivered to our customer. Parcel monkey do not give any information, just the generalised thank you for your patience. They have no ideas where our parcel is and no idea if our customer will ever receive it. We have repeatedly asked for a contact for our solicitor to get onto and have been ignored. What governing body do these people repoty to?

Booking the parcel delivery was easy.
Service was offered for a heavy parcel (nearly 20kg), which not all couriers can offer.
Good range of options offered for the service, and price with Parcelforce was less than booking direct with them.
Pickup and delivery were on time.

I took a parcel to send through my local post office. I needed to send it to Canada but because it was just over 2kg they wanted to charge me over £80!!! Luckily for me my local Postmistress recommended I try Parcel Monkey for a better deal. Not only was it less than half the price of the Post Office it arrived in Canada from the UK in less than a week. The crazy thing is, I still sent it through the Post Office via Parcel Monkey. Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

Parcel collected promptly and delivered on time. Only thing I would say is that there appears to be a long list of banned items of which it queried my embroidery frame as being acceptable to send (additional fee charged for it). Im guessing this is how they make their money.

They took money off my card without reason? No reply to emails no refund offer. Be careful they dont take your moneys off your card without reason

My parcel supposedly to be picked up Monday (at the hotel-UK) after my check out but then when i tracked it the next day, it havent picked.
Have to speak/chat to Customer Service on whats happening on my parcel why it havent collected. They doesnt have any idea what causes the delay. Instead, CS cancelled my request (for Monday) and changed it to Wednesday pick up which they did.
I purchase next day delivery to London.
I got it on the same week Saturday. NO damage.
Prior to this, my parcel came on time.
Lesson learned:
Dont rely on next day delivery.
I will still praise ALL the hardworking couriers/drivers ???? who works on day, night, whatever the weather is or even weekends ????

The delivery was done by UPS. The pick up went without a hitch and the delivery was fast and fully trackable.
I did have to download the what3words app to use this service but that also very quick and simple.
The cost was £100 less than other providers.
Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Horrendous company! Took extra charges without warning from my bank account without my consent. Claiming the dimensions of my parcel were wrong but couldnt provide any evidence. Please be careful with this company as they also make it very difficult to contact them to discuss anything!

Terrbile experience and will never use them again! Firstly they did not collect the parcel the day they said they would, it was collected 3 days later. Then on arrival to destination country, tracking says it is delivered, but i never received the parcel. No photo or proof of delivery for the parcel at all. Oh and i paid for a 3 day delivery service that took closer to 2 weeks! Then they took additional money from my account because apparently the parcel weighed 500grams more than i had stated, they dont even tell you this till after the fact, just take the money. I see on other reveiws this has also been an issue. Now the parcel is lost and i have had zero communication from them for the last 10 days, no update, no claim made on the insurance, just silence! Will never use again and certainly would not recommend them

Site is easy to use. Measure and weigh the parcel & input the information. Needed a printer for the Parcel Force label, but that was okay.

Sent urgent parcel to Germany, the recipient was asked to pay customs charge so it has been sent back. Every time I use PM it is a waste of time and money. AVOID
