Sending UK to USA - UPS
I have never used Parcel Monkey before as I live opposite a Post Office. How ridiculous am I? The post office always has queues, the staff shout at you for being in the wrong one, they say parcels are tracked but they lose tracking outside the UK, plus it costs me at least 3 times the amount this did. I nearly always leave disgruntled, with little hope of the recipient receiving the parcel in the foreseeable future. This time, I had the parcel picked up from my home on Monday afternoon and it was delivered to the Mid West of the USA by Thursday, following a failed delivery when the recipient was out on the Wednesday! East Yorkshire to Cleveland Ohio in 2 days at Christmas! I will use Parcel Monkey (and UPS) again. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Absolutely rubbish, you ripped me off for just over £20 and you don’t respond to any emails. I can’t log into my account as your reset password link doesn’t work. I have not received any goods whatsoever. Put it right while you can you monkeys.

Website so much easier to use than Royal Mail. Posting to my family in Dublin is a nightmare since brexit but this has now arrived in super quick time most impressed. Will definately use them from now on

Absolutely brilliant. The parcel arrived in Canada in three days. Expected it to be delayed due to postal strike in Canada. Process was simple and parcel collected as promised. Definitely highly recommend and will use again

this is the 3rd time of using parcel monkey please take note never use this company they wont reply to emails wont give you any money back even though you pay for protection always just fob you off one of the worst company out there avoid at all costs

I had a parcel to go to Manchester and a parcel to go to Manchester via parcel force .Despite both parcels being listed separately...they were both given the same tracking number ...so both parcels were sent to Belfast ..at the time of writing the Manchester parcel is still in Belfast 8 days after it was supposed to be 48 hour delivery.

I needed to send a parcel to Hong Kong. Parcel Monkey gave me a list of possible couriers and allowed me to select and pay for the chosen service. DPD collected from me the next day and delivered ahead of schedule. Brilliant!
