Quick and easy great service with no issues

What a horrible experience dealing with Parcel Monkey driving around to find a depot thay would take the parcel, none would, even FedEX depot wouldnt take it. Used Courier instead - nice and simple Would recommend using any other courier rather than Parcel Monkey. Terrible service and a complete mess.

Very easy once I read the instructions on what needs to go on the parcels.
Hadnt realised though that the courier would actually have labels to put on!
Courier arrived when he stated, right on time and was a very pleasant man .

I found it somewhat difficult to log in details while trying to sort labels to be emailed. Wasn’t straightforward to do.

My parcel has not yet been delivered. I selected UPS. Only when I was tracking the parcel did I find out that I had to pay additional £20 pounds (or thereabouts) import duty. No-one contacted me to tell me this. I now seem to be stuck in a loop with UPS because when I try to amend delivery details it asks me to login and when I login they dont recognise that I have a delivery with them. So frustrating. I do not know where my parcel is or when it will be delivered. I realise UPS is separate from Parcel Monkey, but they were one of the options you provided. What an awful experience.

Paid for Parcelforce express 24hr which took 72hrs to deliver, when I applied for compensation as offered on Parcelforces direct website I was told parcelmonkey don’t offer anything. Basically if you need something guaranteed delivery & of value don’t use parcelmonkey go direct with the courier

Great tracking in the UK. This was updated on a regular basis until it got to New Zealand. Fortunately I remembered that I had an account with NZ mail and used that to track it from there.

will not be using again, parcel was lost stolen and was insured they accepted liability then gave them details no further information and no more responses terrible dont pay extra insurance they wont honor it

After changing an arm and a leg they then charged me and took out of my account another £50 cause they said the parcel dimensions where not correct we doubled checked the size and we were 5mm bigger on one of them still wouldn’t say it’s an extra £50 and taking with no communication has meant one of bills won’t get paid this week so nice one parcel monkey won’t be using you again!!!!
