Used them for parcelforce instead of parcelforce direct, paid £44 for a delivery, couldn’t find the address and so returned, now want me to pay £44 again, I speak to parcelforce and they have claimed the money back from them so now parcelmonkey have all the money and want me to pay again, please people go direct to suppliers that £2 would have gotten my money back so I could resend, the item is not worth spending another £1 on so il just smash it up and take a big hit for these scum

Usually great but this time parcel was not collected - no notification. Chased and they collected 6 days later - no apology or reason given.

DX the appointed courier clearly cannot offer next day services when the booking is taken in the PM , our booking was in time , just before 4pm, but due to DX antiquated processes checking already sent information before they book the collection they clearly cannot do this before the vans head out, so it’s a 48hr delay in collection which negates the next day targets. PM therefore should not offer DX as a carrier for such enquiries , our booking has been an unmitigated disaster and will probably lose us this customer. Best avoid DX and select alternatives wherever offered we suggest. To save the pain.

Good selection of delivery companies. Seems to be the go-to comparison website for delivery companies. Much cheaper rates than Shipify which is admittedly maybe a more personalised and customised courier auction company.

The parcel was never delivered and although EVRI was the actual delivery company they refused to deal with me as the booking was done through Parcel Monkey. Lesson learned, I wont be using them again.

Why would a business not just use a courier directly? One of our suppliers chose Parcel Monkey to deliver several large bags to two of our customers directly, via DPD. The packages werent collected from the DPD pick up shop either yesterday or today. They might still be there. Or they may not be. The Parcel Monkey tracking system has a disclaimer: "some tracking events may be delayed, particularly in the first 24 hours after your parcel enters the courier network." Mistakes happen, but when we have an issue with a courier we speak to the depot handling the delivery directly and sort it out promptly. With Parcel Monkey you cant, of course. This kind of issue will be endemic in a business which sub-contracts to more or less unreliable third parties. Avoid.

We paid for 1-2 day delivery to the USA with UPS the package arrived 7 days later after we had left even though we were given reassurance’s before hand as soon as the package was collected we received an stating it wouldn’t arrive on time when we tried to have the package intercepted we got no response from parcel monkey or UPS for 3 days and they were told is was not there fault not I have to pay again for the package to be sent again shocking customer service from both Parcel monkey and UPS both blaming the other

I have recently contacted Parcel Monkey for assistance with a package that was meant to be delivered the next working day. The package was delivered on Thursday 23rd and was due Friday 24th. When there was no sign of it, I wrote to PM requesting help. They replied with a long list of requirements (proof of postage, contents of package, delivery address etc.) which I complied with. They then wrote back that the package was picked up on Friday afternoon and that (therefore) today is the next working day. No mention of the fact that the package was picked up almost 24 hours after it had been dropped off. So, its now five days later, there is still no sign of my package which I need for work, and PM say the package is on time. Ill leave it up to other customers to decide if this is-or is not-good customer service.

Easy to use and a simple way to see all the optional postal/courier services available for sending parcels. Includes some services that I never knew existed.

Horrendous service. Checked package in for delivery to a customer for AM delivery and it didn’t arrive. Customer insisted on full refund which left me completely out of pocket as Parcel monkey only wanted to pay the cost difference between services which was £2.71. Complete insult
