The company accused me of understating the weight and dimensions of the parcel and then charged me an additional £54. I sent full information to appeal as the parcel was registered at twice the actual weight this should have been a simple matter to resolve. I have heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement of the complaint. Extremely poor customer service.

Not delivered as yet. Tracking history says the parcel is at local depot for collection and that the addressee has been advised. This is not the case.

I placed my order for 12 packages to be collected on the next day, and delivered the day after. Indeed, all 1 packages were collected the next day. But, according to the companys web page, only 11 packages were delivered the day after. Now, 5 days after the packages were picked up, according to parceforces webpage, one of the packages is still in the hub. What makes matters worse is, that a. I had given my mobile number to be notified of delivery, but have not received any messages. b. I had paid insurance for timely delivery, but have not been contacted by the insurance company. --- BTW, the parcelmonkey web page referred me to Parcelforce.

Will not be using parcel monkey services again. Dropped off 2 parcels at the drop off shop for next day delivery on the 21/11/24, they were still sitting in the shop a week later. Contacted FedEx who said to contact parcel monkey, after communication with parcel monkey the parcels remained at the shop. I have since collected the parcels from the shop and had to repost using another courier service which was actually cheaper than parcel monkey. I am currently waiting on a full refund.

I had a great experience with Parcel Monkey for international delivery. Their service was impressively fast, and their response time to queries was excellent, making the process smooth and hassle-free. However, one area for improvement would be adhering to the scheduled pick-up date. A more reliable pick-up schedule would make an already great service even better. Overall, I’m happy with the delivery and would use their service again.

My parcel left my home in Lancashire on a Monday and was delivered to the USA address on the following Friday. I think that was very prompt as it wasn’t collected from the shop where I despatched it until the Tuesday morning and the Thursday was the Thanksgiving holiday in the USA. So basically a 3 working day delivery for almost half the price that UPS were quoting on their own website. This is faster than Royal Mail often manage within the UK.

I am extremely disappointed with the amount of time its taken from 19th November until today, 02nd December for the parcel to arrive at its destination in Holland. I understand that that due to roadworks the courier,UPS, failed to fulfill their duties.
