Went to a comparison website who quoted £215 to send a heavy parcel to the Channel Islands!! Went to parcelmonkey and the same parcel was £15…. Paid online - printed label and the necessary forms for the Channel Islands tax etc … took to post office and it got there in 4 days …….. could not have been simpler or cheaper. Excellent service guys ????

I sent a package abroad and it was meant to get there within 3-4 days, this is the service that was selected and paid for. The timeframe was even checked via live chat, it has been 9 days and my package is nowhere to be found. It has not been delivered neither can these monkeys tell me where the package is. Poor is an understatement!!

The service is awful!!! I used parcel money to return goods back to uk flooring direct; the return was rejected by UK Flooring direct; got to return back to me; but Parcel money has never done so!!!! Now I am still waiting for them to get back to me!!!

Disgusted with Parcel Monkey. Contents on the booking form stated as biscuits. They took the booking. Parcel returned with no notification whilst I was away for two months. Obviously weather damaged. Parcel Monkey says biscuits are prohibited items. Why??? And why accept the parcel in the first place when they were told that on the order form? My loss, over £90.

I have used Parcel Monkey twice and twice the parcel has not been picked up the next day and required messaging or calling in order to get the parcel picked up as a new booking, not good enough. Prices are good and rectification of the problem is always good however

I generally have a very good experience with parcel2 go but this one was a problem in that my next day parcel was two days being collected. Hopefully a one off. At least once collected it was delivered next day.

It was very good, but the only criticism I had was the collection time, wasnt and couldnt be specified, so in theory had to potentially wait in 10 hours

Had to return a heavy item to the sender, they recommended Parcel Monkey. So glad they did, great price, delivered quickly and kept me fully updated. 5 star all round service.

Nearly every parcel I send no matter how accurate the measurements and weight they charge £52.60 (on top of £8.88 originally charged). Taken straight off my card with no consent and no proof from them that the parcel is either over sized or over weight. Decided to use parceltogo.com and funny enough no surcharges for the same parcels! Rip off company

I tried to ship 2 parcels to the US on the 26th of Jan using DPD bought through Parcel Monkey. Unfortunately I used an incorrect address and the receiver refused my shipment. DPD tried to return the parcels to me on the 27th, as there was no information as to why, the DPD driver said he would take back and sort out at the depot. The parcels have been lost in the system since then with no meaningful info available from Parcel Monkey, DPD will not deal with me as PM are the account holder. In frustration I wrote to the CEO Nav Ramiah on the 17/2 and one of the team got in touch promising an update then nothing. I sent them a formal complaint on the 25th of February which no one bothered to respond to. To cap it all Ive come home from a week on holiday today to discover DPD tried to deliver the parcels back to me, but as no one was home and I hadnt been told about it I couldnt arrange for them to be left with a neighbour. Now they are being returned to parcel monkey again. I have messaged and asked for an update but dont know if theyll be bothered to answer me. In summary I paid a lot of money for a substandard service with no custmer service. I will never use them again and I highly recommend that you dont either.
