I am a senior citizen not great with technology but i found the experience very good my only concern (not sure of size ) but printing the labels I was not sure where to put them and proceeded to the post office armed with glue cello tape sticky tape and scissors but it was all ok and the parcel was delivered promptly next day. Well done

Parcel Monkey? I have been using them for several years. My parcels have always arrived on time. The courier has always arrived on time to pick my parcel up from my home. The price is very competitive with other companies. I have family in France and Australia, and they have always received their parcels safely and on time.

Ease of booking, yes, I cannot fault that. That unfortunately is where the good experience ended. I paid for ParcelForce Express 24 delivery, at a premium I might add. The item arrived a DAY late, at a penalty to me. When I contacted the support service I was told I am not eligible to claim as in the terms it states that delivery is not guaranteed (I’m paraphrasing here but in technical corporate language it essentially says if I don’t get the service I pay for tough ****). I know for a fact having spoken to ParcelForce I could have claimed for a refund for late delivery but as I used (foolishly) a shipping broker I have been screwed out of that. What a joke! If the item you are sending isn’t time sensitive you probably won’t have this issue, but if you are in a hurry to get something out, go direct! The cost will probably be the same. Lesson learned.

It is wonderful to send my luggage to where I am staying as it is family. I dont have to worry if I can manage it. My luggage was picked up early morning and waiting for me when I arrived. It was also picked up early, as yet it hasnt been delivered but I am not at all worried that it wont come? My family also think it is a great way to send luggage and were very surprised how cheap it was.

I didnt need my underlay and chose parcel monkey to come to my address and deliver it to the company I bought it from.it was picked up and delivered with no problem from my end.i received my refund 3 days later..great job done.

Parcel Monkey it’s cheap……. and that’s the only good thing about it. Courier does not come to collect items on multiple occasions, and Parcel Monkeys response ‘they are not guaranteed to come on the day requested’ I do love their ‘customer services’ with their generic copy and pasted response to none collection. You get what you pay for and with ParcelMonkey you get very little

Failed to pick up the goods on the day you said, and the reason given van broken down. You have no backup or even send message to say sorry. Not the sort of company I. Like dealing with.

Took the Parcel Force package to the local Post Office in time as stated on your website, but collection had already been made by Parcel Force at the Post Office and therefore my urgent parcel was not delivered next day which is what I had paid for. It was delivered a day late.

This would have been a 4 star review. It was very quick and easy to arrange a collection but having the item collected by Courier was a major let down. I arranged for a parcel to be collected on Friday before 6pm for next day delivery. It wasnt collected so had to be re-scheduled to be collected on Monday. Once again, it wasnt collected. It was, however, collected on Tuesday (today) which was the deadline date for the parcel to arrive at its destination. I dont yet know the ramifications of the deadline being missed, but the whole debacle is causing me a great deal of stress. I have requested a refund but this was refused as Courier have now told PM that they attempted to collect on both Friday and Monday. I was in all day on both days (as was my boyfriend who was WFH) and nobody knocked on the front door, rang the door bell, left a card, or phoned me. [The room I was in all day is next to the front door (and the bathroom is opposite!)] Conclude from that what you will. Parcel Monkey customer service are very good (not so the live chat, hence 4 stars but 5), but the company itself is only as good as the carriers they use. Had the collection happened when it was supposed to, this would have easily been a 5 star review.

Please do not use this company. They dont collect on the day you have booked it for, so your parcel wont arrive on the day stated at the time of booking. When they fail to collect they dont offer any sort of refund of compensation. Both you and the company enter into a contract when you request a price, accept the price and pay for the service. Parcel Monkey do not adhere to the terms of that contract as they fail to collect on time, then accept no responsibility when they fail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Usually a good service, but they have claimed a parcel that contained 2 bulbs (for a car) which weighed 2kg weighed in at 25kg and have charged me the difference. Then failed to respond to my email to rectify the matter. Sadly i wont be using them again. Mistakes happen but should be fixed in a timely matter. Iv had no response in over a week.
