Easy to use and used a good courier company (DHL) I may have been able to save a couple of £s looking direct but it was very convenient.

I left my parcels (2) at a DPD pickup point and they were delivered in Portsmouth approximately 10.00am the following morning. Fantastic.
The tracking provides regular updates including driver details, the number of deliveries prior to my delivery. Im afraid Parcel Force need to up their game to compete!

Paid £23 to get a rolled mattress delivered, then a few days later was charged another £52 for wrong dimensions on item. So a £80 item cost £75 to deliver.

Great transaction. Booked Parcelforce delivery through Parcel Monkey for half the price of what Parcelforce charges. Everything went smoothly, parcel delivered on time. Highly recommended!????

Very poor service,booked for parcel collection,nobody turned up,driver lied abou attempting collection, couldnt find how to re-book so I had to struggle with it to the post office,wont be using again.

This company delivered a 6kg parcel from me. They then were told by Courier that the parcel was reweighed and weighed 77kg. So they stole an additional £310 from my account to cover cost. Turns out the 77kg was a typo.. should’ve said 7.1 kg. Now I’m still waiting for MY money to be refunded. Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely rubbish....They are cheats They took the money and Courier never came to pick it up. They did not refund the money either. It is very hard to get hold of them. It is a fake company

It was my first time of using and all I can say that is was the best decision ever. It was very easy to get a qoute and fill it in , it took only few minutes and it was cheap to . I was impressed how quick delivery was and the delivery man was very polite and kind and even put my big parcel into the house. Highly recommended and thats way I gave them 5 start because it deserves.

Parcel sent monday on sat till says at hub not delivered. No explanation as to why very very disappointed I would not recommend this service this parcel appears lost and is very important.

Previously a really good service that I had used multiple times and recommended to all my friends. On this occasion my 24hr service was delayed. I used the 24hr service as I needed the item by this weekend. Not only that the but the delivery address was to my parent’s address in the Lake District so I had to drive home empty handed to Leeds and now that the item has been successfully delivered, I’ve got to retrieve it from the Lake District. The service was a 24hr DPD service who were very friendly and apologetic on the phone and advised me to contact Parcelmonkey for a refund. Of course Parcekmonkey won’t do a thing to rectify the situation

International parcel arrived safely and was reasonably price. However several weeks after delivery, Parcel Monkey notified me that they were adding a surcharge of 20% onto my package for "inaccurate dimensions and/or weight" without providing any further details or evidence of the alleged discrepancy. I weighed and measured this parcel on multiple occasions and am confident that the details were entered correctly. This charge was taken automatically from my account, there is no customer service number and the online chat is not staffed. Wont refund without evidence from me that it was the correct dimensions and weight, whilst refusing to provide evidence of what the dimensions/ weight apparently were. Suggest photographing measurements and weight before sending or using Parcel Monkey as a comparison site and going to the delivery provider directly.

Courier never turned up and had to sort direct with the courier. They also need to give you a more specific time frame as we waited in all day, only to discover they weren’t going to turn up.

Your practice of leaving the VAT element till the last page has left me out of pocket. When quoting prices, please list VAT inclusive rate as well the excluded rate. Very misleading.

How do I warn potential customers **NEVER** to use this company? They lie to you, they dont refund, you can never get a straight answer, they dont even have a phone line! Do yourself a favour and go directly with a carrier- never use this company. Parcel Monkey- when you read this, look up the 2 week long (unresolved) chat transcript for the next day order PM10324819 and tell the people reading this review if it is acceptable customer service.
