Hi there I have used this company for the first time and paid all upfront via online and parcel was taken from myself and was able to track online also which was good . But once the parcel was in Pakistan and was sent to the receiver the receiver had to pay more for the parcel on there side . Which this I wasn’t happy at all . If I’ve paid full from the uk and even paided more then what it weighed and still the receiver had to pay 820.00 rupees which was not happy with at all . Now this was the part that wasn’t clear or we where informed when booking would be the case . Rabia Ahmed

Our parcel arrived in Australia within 6 days, so pleased with the efficient service. Items arrived in perfect condition, will definitely use them again.Sent a parcel by UK Post Office on the 6th October, still not arrived!!!

Things just went from bad to worse - I have had to pay £14 to get my parcel returned to me despite asking Jonasz for an investigation into why DPD failed to deliver my parcel despite the recipient being at home & being adamant that they did not receive a card any of the times DPD claim that they tried to deliver. The thing that sticks in my throat most is that £6 of this is Parcel Monkeys admin charge when clearly admin did not do their job by investigating this shambolic mess.

Fantastic service, guaranteed to have my parcel to Australia in 8 days and got there in 7, definitely converted to parcel monkey, I’m already recommending them to friends and family. Thank you for an amazing service, I can’t stop raving about them ????????

Absolutely astonishing!!! I’ve used parcel monkey for a couple of years with no problem, but I have just recently made a claim after a parcel that I posted was unfortunately damaged. Parcel monkey refused to pay for the damage as I had not selected insurance!!!!!! I would not use a service that didn’t included insurance it’s automatic with most post providers but not parcel monkey. I used Royal Mail through parcel monkey and parcel monkey cancel there automatic insurance unless you select insurance which cancels if you make alterations to your listing. I will never use parcel monkey again.

Great site. Sent a 5kg parcel to Belgium for the same cost to send a parcel half the weight within the UK via parcelforce. Does exactly what it says it does.

Because the delivery driver put the parcel next to a rubbish bin that was due to be collected early in the morning. The parcel was not put in the hands of the receiver and the signature was faked. One star for getting it there! The rest was luck!

I sent a parcel to a relative in New York. The price was competitive, the process including completion of customs forms was well explained and easily managed, and the parcel was delivered 9 days later. Very pleased.

Tracking is woeful. All I get is, "Consolidated Scan" showing every time I try to trace my package which was meant to arrive 3-5 days after collection. Last Wednesday it said "Arriving Thursday." I contacted the chat line who were terrible. Clueless. "It arrives Thursday." I wanted to know where it was. Couldnt be told. I asked why it was so late. "Well talk to the courier. No response. This is dire customer service of the highest order. This package contains urgent medication. The postal service delivers faster. I dont expect any feedback from this comment whatsoever. Will never use this lot again.and I will be seeking a refund.

Easy enough to pay and print labels . . . . as to whether the parcel gets delivered or not thats really down to the chosen parcel company - in this case Parcelforce. It hasnt got there yet and its been about a week now. It must surely have reached the country of destination (China) by now but even this is unconfirmed by Parcelforces track and trace system - it just says its been exported.

I used this service and selected parcel force. My package arrived at its destination and it was damaged . This has meant that the refund of £75 I was expecting they are refusing to give as the product is damaged and has been damaged in transit. I would appreciate it if someone could refund my money as parcel force has not handled the goods with care.

Safe, reliable and good back up when things go wrong, good customer service when glitches happen. Standard insurance cover is very good, I always make mistakes so I need a service that is easy to deal with

I am so happy I used parcel monkey for the first time. Not only did my parcel arrive in Germany in the allotted time, the price of sending my parcel was very affordable. I will definitely be using this service in the future.

Easy to use: price comparison at a glance, and everything I needed to print and track sent directly to my email. No need to search all over the website. Frankly I found it way better to use Parcel Monkey to send my item by Parcelforce, than to use the Royal Mail/Parcelforce website itself to do it.
Ill definitely be using Parcel Monkey, going forward.
