My bag went missing. No on contacted me to tell me. When I proactively checked on the tracking I reached out. The UK courier didnt speak to the Spanish courier, I had several online chats over several days but wasnt able to speak to anyone and they wouldnt call me. Horrible customer service, bag now over a week late and I know nothing. I would definitely recommend to stay clear of these guys.

The parcel hasn’t arrived yet. I’m only hoping it will turn up tomorrow. Terrible standards in Hungary for DPD. Driver just drove pass the address and said on the phone that the address was an abandoned house. Well I’m sorry my 75 years old grandmother doesn’t live in a mansion. I’ve put on the message box that there is no bell so please take parcel to the door which he said on the phone he won’t be able to do it. I’m very disappointed and angry. Won’t be using any of these services again. Quick to take the money and then no one cares about your parcel.

Additional unjustified charge of 40 GBP claiming additional weight. No chance the weight of my packages were as declared (similar experience to another users complaint). I used cardboard boxes with dimensions of 51cm x 51cm x 51cm, however, Parcel Monkey use the dimensions of the box after it has been squashed and become wider following handling in transit - claiming inaccurate dimensions were declared. Also, Parcel Monkey are no more than a collection service. They send the package via 3rd parties and dont manage, track, nor challenge anything.

Parcel arrived in tact and on time. The process was convoluted. Information needed was only asked for once much further into the booking process. As I was sending personal effects to someone overseas I had to go back and forth many times to gather all the necessary information. I would have preferred knowing this more upfront. We got there in the end and the parcel arrived well. Will use this service again.

Great price and my parcel was collected on time however it took 7 days to be delivered to France not the promised 2! To be fair I kind of expected this as the French postal system isnt the best!!

Absolutely unbelievable. A parcel sent to Singapore from Somerset arrived 6 days later. This is the quickest ever delivery in 2 years.

Hey guys, please reply to questions from your customers who are left hanging when anything goes wrong. No response on your web service after days of asking how to claim for a parcel damaged in transit (for which I paid extra for insurance but this is worth nothing if I cant work out how to claim!)

Really pleased with service. 6 days door to door to Australia and although not cheap was considerably cheaper than alternatives. Will definitely use them again.

The parcel was collected during the allocated time slot and delivered overnight to arrive at its destination early the following morning.

Worst service ever. They have lost one parcel (containing very important and dear items) despite me having followed all their package instructions. Two months down the line chasing them every day for an answer, they still have not replied with a solution. I seem to be taken from one customer service to another, it is very hard to get in touch with them, they offered me £300 compensation to then re-writing to me saying they need a document first and taking away the offer. I have supplied the document and are now asking for an additional document. I have the feeling this is a real scam designed to waste peoples time and force them to ultimately give up. But i will NOT! It is in my full right to receive a reimbursement for the loss of my belonging and I want justice! I am working full time and due to Covid implications Ive had to change home address, hence the need for a parcel pick up. It is disgusting how i am having to waste my time everyday chasing for something they owe me! To you consumers: please DO NOT engage with this service, it is very bad and staff is very incompetent. A real waste of money and time and still waiting for an answer. I will contact the police next.
