Cant fault the service of ParcelMonkey. Picked up when they said they would (I wasnt in at the first attempt so rearranged for the next weekday), and parcel arrived in Denmark only a few days later. Very impressed with that, and a reasonable price too for a large 10kg box.
I would use again and recommend to others.

Had a problem getting labels printed so sent emails looking to change date of collection and got no response back at all and when courier called he wouldnt take parcel because no labels

Everything went well until it arrived to its destination where the package was not delivered at the place it was supposed to but instead left in another village, forcing my mom a 83 years old lady to ask favours so someone could brig it to her. So not pleased at all.

Its not often that I am truly loyal to a service or company, mainly because sooner or later I find that I need to upgrade due to something about the website, service or communication just not working for me anymore. I can tell you that in the case of Parcel Monkey from when I first discovered them until now they have not disappointed. It is definitely my go-to website for sending anything UK or worldwide. I like many things but particularly how everything I need is stored, easily tracked, selection of previously entered addresses, account options and ease of use. In each case being able to simply review all options, to drop-off myself or for larger items door-to-door collection. I can not at present fault the Parcel Monkey website, service or communication.

I would prefer a minus than a one, no way to contact no collection sick of waiting and cannot log in saying constantly wrong info yet its not. RIP OFF

Sent a parcel from UK to USA, super easy website to navigate , great price (although I checked a couple of times and on some days of the week they seemed to give a more expensive price than others) and the parcel has arrived safely.

The parcel was picked up fine at 11am 4-11-2020, I have spoke with my son today 10-11-2020 and as of yet it has not arrived, it said 3/4 days delivery so that is disappointing

I chose to have an item couriered using PM with DX being the courier rather than using a competitor. DX failed to collect and I had to make contact with PM to find that out. Delivery has now been scheduled for Mon, Tues and now bumped to Wed, again I had to make contact with PM/DX to clarify what was going on. PM believe they have no obligations under UK Consumer Rights legislation (i.e. they can disclaim against them) to actually provide the service theyve sold. Their complaints procedure has been whittled down to a written complaints address only. I wonder why?

I requested a service to collect a package in Scotland for delivery to Ireland, and paid quite a lot for it. The package was not collected on the date it was booked for and I received no notification of this either from the courier or Parcel Monkey. The first I heard about it was when the selling company contacted me two days later to say it hadnt been collected and that they would have to cancel the order. Parcel Monkey did resolve the issue quickly once I contacted them but, despite requesting it, I did not receive any satisfactory explanation as to why it was not collected on the agreed date.

Very simple to book on line, and to print off the label.
I saved about £6 on Royal Mail prices, and the pick up point was only a couple of miles from my home
Bit fiddly doing the weighing & measuring myself, but I will improve with practice

Great service, I was able to track my parcel all the way through from collection to delivery.
I was collected on the due date and arrived in Australia on the due date with no issues.
I would definitely use parcel monkey again.
